I had a great experience here a couple weeks ago. I rented a car on my way up to Orlando. It was booked the day off through Expedia. Turns out they didn't have the car I booked so upgraded me and said I didn't have to fill the tank up when returning it.
I was never upsold anything and the deposit wasn't all that much.

Rented a car due to an accident on my truck. The experience was amazing but while leaving mid way home the rear view fell off. Seems it must have been damages or pre exhisting. Not sure. They told me bring back, no issue and gave me new car. had to drive back but ok, no big deal. Anyway without my knowledge or approval or discussion it was sent to a damage recovery department to collect $604.54. Now I on the phone with location and they pushed me back to the claims department and they are pushing back and forth. Terrible experience.

Extremely frustrated with this company, be very careful with them, take photos and videos of when they deliver your car and when you deliver it. They are claiming damages to the car that I did not cause. If you look for them at the Better Business Bureau (BBB) you will see that it is a very common practice they do. Be very careful with this company, they are thieves.

A bit frustrating since there were no full size cars available other than the Nissan Altima and Malibu which required a half hour wait.,,.I had to return the Altima and got a Malibu the next day when zi was forced to return the Altima..,..wasted almost an hour of my time….was unnecessary and frustrating for me….

I walked in with a reservation that was made several days before pickup date, I reserved a premium crossover and upon arrival there was one premium crossover on the lot that I had reserved and was given to a walking customer from Rick case Kia, MEMBER CUSTOMERS SHOULd BE A PRIORITY

Made a reservation, arrived to pick up the car, and the manager Campbell told me that there was no car. He just told me to come back later.... Awful customer service.

The guys who work there are extremely helpful, professional and efficient. The closest one I went to prior was a hassle but when I got there they took good care of me in a short time, I had the rental for over 2 weeks, it was clean suitable for my needs. Thank you!
