I had a bad experience with an Asian employee wearing black glasses. When I asked if I could ask her a question about some sneakers, she looked at me and very rudely responded that she was not going to assist me and laughed at me. These things need improvement, and you should hire people who really want to work.

Today, March 14 at 4pm, they did not want to assist me. The clerks are lazy and rude. It's a shame I left without buying the Jordans because they didn't want to find a size for me. You speak to the Hispanic in Spanish and he answers you in English, acting stupid.

the customer service at this store is awful. i’ve been here twice already and both times the employees and the managers were rude and looked like they hated everything including themselves.i went to buy socks both times and the pricing was incorrect on the tag compared to the price that was ringing up on the register. the manager was being super dismissive and didn’t give me the price on the tag. as a service worker myself, the price should always be given on the tag even if it’s not correct. i try to be empathetic of service workers because i am one myself, but there’s a fine line between being unenthusiastic or tired and being straight up rude. hate this place

Awful service! I was trying to ask shop assistant for size but he was silent like if I wasn’t there. All assistants here are the same! They don’t speak, don’t ask and they don’t try to help! by the way, I found what I want, but On the cashier guy crumple all my things in the bag!!! They are all a mess! I don’t want to come here never again even if the goods are ok.

NiNi was my cashier she was absolutely AMAZING I was so confused on getting my son something for his 21st birthday she helped me pick out something and she was super excited about helping with the chose lol but over y’all have some great employees at the sawgrass location

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!I entered the store on a weekday with a little more than 10 min left for its closing. As soon as I entered they told me that it was closing in 5 minutes, I quickly looked for the two shoe models I wanted, I asked the person, while they repeated to me at least 5 more times that they were going to close, when they brought me the shoe they only gave me one saying that they couldn't bring me the other one because they are going to close. I end up leaving without purchasing five minutes before the designated close time. Staff there has 0 tolerance and terrible attitude. Never going to shop again at that store.
