The worst location of all because of the terrible customer service. None of the workers greet you when you enter, they are only at the SELF CHECKOUT registers yelling at customers in a rude manner and they themselves are the ones who fill out the cash register survey stating that they do greet you and that they were kind, I made the complaint to one of them about that and she told me “my bad” zero importance to the education and good service that they should provide, especially in a place where so many foreign people go. Both should be removed or sent to work where they have ZERO contact with the client, both the small white girl with very short hair and the brunette one

Absolutely loved my shopping experience at the Five Below store in Sawgrass Mills Mall! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and enthusiastic staff who were more than willing to help with any questions I had. The store is incredibly well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for.
One of the standout features of this Five Below location is the wide variety of products available. From trendy tech gadgets and accessories to fun seasonal items and quirky home decor, there’s something for everyone. The beauty and wellness section is particularly impressive, offering a range of quality products at unbeatable prices. I found some great deals on items I didn’t even know I needed!
The store is bright, clean, and well-lit, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere. The aisles are spacious, which makes navigating through the store a breeze, even when it’s busy. The checkout process was quick and efficient, with cashiers who were courteous and efficient.
I also appreciate the attention to safety and cleanliness. The staff regularly sanitizes high-touch areas and there are plenty of hand sanitizing stations throughout the store. This made me feel comfortable and safe while shopping.
In addition to the fantastic product selection and great prices, the location within Sawgrass Mills Mall is a major plus. It’s easy to make a stop here while doing other shopping or enjoying the mall’s entertainment options.
Overall, my experience at Five Below was excellent. Whether you’re shopping for yourself, looking for gifts, or just wanting to browse for fun finds, this store is a must-visit. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great deals and a wide selection of products. Five stars all the way!

I have the worst experience with one of the shift manager she was so rude because she doesn’t want me to rate my experience and she just touch my hand and then put herself the number 9 for best experience. And not only with me this happen with all the customers

This was a nice store that was well-organized and clean. It is located inside the mall so there is no outside entrance. There is a wide variety of items to choose from- stuffed animals, stickers, candy, toys, books, clothes, house wears, and so much more. There were checkouts with clerks and selfchecks.

Excellent Five Below location— really enjoyed looking through the items and products that they sell. Store is overall tidy, organized and easily accessible through the Sawgrass Mills mall. Love looking at their supply of basketballs.

I have never been treated so badly in my entire life. The short, large, tattooed woman that is the "team lead" towered over me while I was trying to pay for my few items. I was in the self checkout and she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She preceded to say "CASH OR CARD" in the most rude manner. Then she talked to some other girl and said "I hate these two" Talking to me like I was some bum on the street. I said cash and then she walked away to tower over the other person checking out. Mind you I was dressed well so imagine how she treats people who are not dressed as well. I called the store and asked why I was treated so badly and then they said that's the protocol to prevent stealing. I told her, I am very wealthy I would never have a need to ever steal and she hung up the phone on me. If you want to be treated terribly by this short woman with a horrible attitude then this is the store for her. She needs to be fired. Because I go to five below a lot (3x a week) and have never been treated so awfully.

Jackie the general manager of this store located always greets every customer when coming into this five below located. Jackie is very kind and helpful she will walk you to whatever products you are looking for.
