I’ve been here more than few times. But today’s service was unacceptable. I called ahead and asked what time are they available for a pedicure . She said in 20min . I showed up in 20min only for her to tell me it will be another 20min wait.. so I waited 30min just for her to put me in a pedicure chair to soak my feet. Waited another 20min with my feet in the water for her to move me to another chair.. soaking my feet for another 10min . Finally a male came to do my pedicure it took him 18min to do. I know because I actually timed it. A pedicure should take at least 30-45min.
There was no apology from the owner for having a 20min wait turn into an hour and 20min wait. Just to get a 18min pedicure. That’s ridiculous. I came here because it’s not far from where I live. I won’t be returning.. I rather drive the 15min to the other salon I normally go to.

Just waited 40 minutes and not a single person acknowledged me. I wrote my name down and what I wanted. If they would have acknowledged me and told me that they were busy and didn't have any appointments available I could have left 40 minutes ago. But I guess I'll never know since I'm never going back.

I’ve been a customer here for about 3-4 years. They do a great job usually & the prices are fair. I’ve always had good experiences here until today.
*Special Note- Tim and Anna are great nail technicians. They are pleasant and very talented. Tim does any design that I find online& he can draw them by hand!
Today, I had the worst experience. I was treated rudely and with disregard. It started my pedicure with one of the owners, a man. (Don’t know his name). His energy was irritated . He was rushing me to pick a color. I showed him what I wanted online & asked which color could match it, he ignored me. I asked again & he was rude & says just pick a color from the nail selection he had given me (DND sample nail colors ).
I asked his wife who sat nearby & she recommended a color, funny bunny & told him he could add glitter.
When he added the coats, the color looked more pink than the white color I wanted . I told him it didn’t look like the pic & what I wanted. He said something in another language and then just walked away.
He didn’t tell me someone else was going to finish up.
Then his wife came to finish up my toes. I asked if i needed to find another color & she said she’s trying to get the color I wanted. I said ok. I expressed my feelings that the guy was rude and disrespectful and I didn't appreciate it . She said nothing, as if she didn’t hear me . She IGNORED me! Then talked to another nail tech in another language.
I was fuming. I felt so disrespected and disregarded. She could have responded and just said I’m sorry he treated you that way & walked away without letting you know someone else would finish up.
When it was time for my manicure, I asked who’d do that for me. I told her that her husband can’t finish up & she said ok, Tim can.
Then her husband walked toward us & she says he’ll finish up . I said he can’t do my nails. She yelled at me. “I explained twice that Tim will help you.”
We exchanged words. I let her know it wasn’t okay for her to yell at me.
She told me I was mean to her & nothing she did was satisfactory.
Not true!
I spoke up for what I wanted & wanted acknowledgment of being poorly treated.
Horrible experience. I WILL NOT return. I will spend my money where I’m respected and valued.
Btw- Tim is excellent and I will miss his services. Today he did my nails & redid my toes. He did exact what I wanted without issue. It was simple for him. He did the silver sparkling look today. Be was kind & helped me calm down . I was almost in tears. SMH 🤦🏾♀️
Previously, he did the red design and the blue the blue was my favorite. Tim is talented!

I go here for my pedicures all the time now & I always love it. I always walk in for a gel pedicure and my pedicures always last over a month which makes me so happy to finally find a place where the gel lasts!!

I was a customer for years, however the past few months when scheduling my appointment was delayed by 30 minutes constantly. They use to do an exceptional job at manicures and pedicures but the services have become rushed and damaging to my nails. Instead of the one on one service you were suppose to get from your manicurist, it would be them rotating who was available to get removal and etc done until your manicurist was available. That resulted in my nails breaking. The last time I scheduled my appointment and a day later they called to ask me if I could push back my appointment by thirty minutes to accommodate someone else. I told them I couldn’t due to leaving to go out of town that day. The day of my appointment they called me to tell me that they were running behind on a service and wanted to know if I could come in thirty minutes later than my appointment time. I told them no and they can cancel my appointment. I did not feel like a valued customer and have decided to take my business elsewhere.

Love this nail salon!! Very relaxing and very reasonably priced. Bobby my nail technician was awesome! His massage was great !! The also use lots of lovely smelling scrubs that felt great after my very stressful week. Thanks ! Will be back!!

Visited here yesterday. Lady did a very sloppy job on my gel nails with white powder and took a long time. I returned today because a nail came off. No one acknowledged me for 20 minutes. I asked two women who were freeof they could fix my nail, they said that they couldn't, and they continued to be available while I was there. I waited thirty more minutes and was told that it would be ten minutes. You'd think that their quality would be immaculate since they do not have a sense of urgency. Nail on the other hand broke off by the end of the next night without any labor.

I am so happy I finally found a nail salon that does my nails the way I like: natural looking, not bulky, clean cuticles and neat. I made an appt with Donna and as soon as I walked in I was greeted and sat down with her. She was fast, efficient and neat! I will definitely be returning.
