I am a customer who always goes to this location unfortunately I went there and the store manager Gabriela Durque extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by your assistance who called my attention because i was with my friend in the fitting room trying to help her with a leather set difficult to pull up. The customer service was unprofessional, the staff was inattentive to assist but very rude calling my attention like I was a child and the overall environment was poorly managed except for the 2 employees in the front. This experience has made me reconsider shopping here again. I strongly recommend you to get a better job because you are not prepared to represent ANY STORE! YOU ARE SO RUDE YOU KEEP SAYING THE LAST WORD LIKE A LOW CLASS STREET GIRL These issues are unacceptable for any place of business.

Negative customer service experience
I went to the Guess store and had a bad experience at the checkout. The clerk was clearly in a bad mood, impatient, and rude. In addition, he spoke very quickly and was difficult to understand—which makes the experience even worse, since many people who visit the store are immigrants and not all of them are fluent in English. I expected more respectful and welcoming service, especially from such a well-known brand.

Alex was awesome! Patient, kind, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! If he isn’t the manager already, he definitely should be! I would return to this based on his customer service alone!

Alex goes above and beyond for the customers, he excels at assisting customers. I wish I could say about Janelle, Molly and Leisa they have to be worst, unhelpful and nastiest retail employees I have ever come across. When you walk in there they don’t want to help you at all. I don't know how Guess has such disgraceful people dealing with their customers. I called to complain to corporate about them and they never called me back. Don’t go there while these nasty ladies are working there, you will be very unhappy with your experience at the store.

The staff are extremely kind and compassionate. My shoes fell apart right in front of their store and they quickly rushed to my aid. I'm a very self conscious person, however the staff made sure to transform what should have been an embarrassing moment an event that actually boosted my confidence. Thank you for everything.

They are acting so rude. There were no more customers inside but they don't aloud to customers go inside. I think this is the new marketing policy and they are trying to show themselves that there a lot of demand. Store was nearly empty but they are creating cue . It's weird. When I asked them they said that they are short of staff??? This is a wrong strategy and I will never ever go again.....

I first met Alex here and he has been very helpfull with some returns and credits.
He is very friendly and sees to it that for me as a forgein client every thing is in order to do my purchases.
I am defo going always back to him.

In this Guess store at Sawgrass Mills, my wife and I have already had the experience of choosing products that have promotion signs, but at the register, the promotion is not applied. We spoke with a manager, and she said that as customers, we were responsible for verifying the final prices, and that it was our responsibility to do so before going to the register. It's very annoying, especially since they have someone at the entrance who tells you that the store has a 50% discount, and when you go to pay, it's not true. What a disagreeable experience. The service in that place is either non-existent or bad. The manager had the audacity to say that it might be a misunderstanding, perhaps because people in the store speak English. Everything was wrong!
