Karina was exceptional. She came highly recommended to me by my realtor (Nancy De La Garza - Luna Agave Realty) and she did not disappoint. This was my first time purchasing a home post-divorce. She kept me advised every step of the mortgage process, explaining the reason(s) for every obscure document/fee. I had a moment of confusion and panic as we were getting closer to signing day and she helped bring me back from the brink. Her manner was always friendly, and she was always available to answer every question I had. I would recommend her to any friends/family looking to finance their home without hesitation!
