Tape ended up broken, called these guys up and they were highly receptive and communicative. Dropped off the tape and they went ahead and digitized the media and sent it to me.

I don't recommend it, they treat you very badly after they charge you super expensive and you can't see it, they want to charge you for an extra program
Excuse me, how am I insulting you if you say we don't speak the same language??? From the first time we went they treated us very badly with terrible customer service. just because they are foreigners

Harold was wonderful!!! He put all my 8mm & 16mm reels of film, from the 1950's, onto DVD's for me!! They are awesome!!! He was so helpful in explaining things to me! And was in contact to let me know when he received my films & when he shipped everything back to me!!! I would highly recommend him & if I find more film, I will be sending it to him!!! Thank you Harold!!

Thank you! I came to HBMedia Solutions after finding a 25 year old VHS tape of my grandparent’s 50th anniversary. I immediately came to HBMedia Solutions and inquired about having the tape fixed and transferred to DVD. Harold was able to fix and copy the tape in a few days and my family and I are so grateful to him for his hard work. It means the world to have this memory after all these years. All my old VHS tapes were put on an external hard drive! We are so pleased and are going to take all our slides to be put in the external hard drive also! Highly recommend HB Solutions!

HB Media Solutions was excellent for DATA RECOVERY of some old 8mm cd’s. They put everything on a hard drive for me and now I can view lost memories!! Highly recommend this business

Incredible service. Great prices too. They got my 2 panasonic Video Tapes digitalized within 2 days. So fast! Never have i gotten service is fast before! 100% worth the money and time to come here. If i need anything again, they will be the first place i happily go to. It was so cool reliving all memories again on 25+ year tapes that i got to watch again. 5 STARS!!

Excellent Service! Harold did a great job with my videos. My dad has dementia, so it brought me to tears to see old video footage of him. This conversion was priceless.
