They need to have more specialty tools. For example, they have many of the same screwdrivers from different manufacturers but not one single 8" long #1 Phillips. Also, need better quality tools, like a screwdriver that will last more then 2 years.

Do NOT BUY FLOORING FROM HERE! They will cancel on you and leave you in the dark without any communication!
I’m reaching out to express my frustration with a recent carpet purchase and installation process for my elderly great aunt. Her daughter , Carbiade, is the one who was handling everything for her. (In case you need to review the details I am providing)
Here’s a quick rundown of important dates before I go into the complaint!
• Purchase Date: January 18, 2025
• Measurement Date: January 23, 2025
• Scheduled Installation: February 1, 2025
• Cancellation Notice: January 31, 2025
We cleared out the room a day early, moving all furniture and my great aunt’s specialized bed, anticipating the installation. On the morning of January 31, we received a sudden cancellation without any explanation. I want to ensure you we also received a confirmation text the day before and morning of the installation. We were trying to just make sure she can go back into her room and bed so Even when we offered to choose an alternative carpet to avoid delays, your team insisted on sticking with the original choice, showing no flexibility or understanding of our situation.
This unexpected change forced us to reschedule our painter as well, who was waiting for the carpet to be installed to finish the room. To make matters worse, we haven’t received any follow-up information/ or appointment, an apology, or compensation for the inconvenience caused.
THIS experience has been disappointing. We expected better service and communication from Home Depot. At the very least, a discount for the trouble would have been appropriate.
I hope this matter can be addressed promptly, and we can find a resolution that acknowledges the inconvenience caused.

The manger and management really needs training in the area of customer service....the manger has no manners speaking as if he is on the street corner....really sad alot of good employees...but awful management including return area manager...no customer service....I have been shopping here for decades it's the worst.....EM27

I love going to home Depot however lately there have been so many people in the parking lot looking for work that it's even difficult to park your car here.

I don't know why they bother staying open until 11, because if you go there before close you would think they give out bonuses for them to swipe your cart away from you while you navigate an absolute circus of aisle closures, moving equipment and barricades. Just go down the street to lowes so you can at least finish your purchase and not waste your time

I love shopping at Home Depot but when they have these independent dealers walking around and offer you a deal Home Depot needs to take accountability.
We signed up for the to do an in Home water test and they offered gift cards the man that came to the house said he would send the Gift Cards to our address and it never happened.
Now Home Depot washes their hands saying they have no control over independent dealers

I went to this Home Depot for the first time today and I’ll make sure that it will be my last! It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Home Depot customers had to be helping all customers everybody you asked for help responded by I don’t work in that department then they just kept on walking, i’ve always heard about poor Customer Service at Home Depot and now I have experienced it 100%

the service here was garbage because of an incompetent work was busy on her phone and ring me out and didn't gave me a receipt. Noticed couple of the same items had different price tag. And paid more. Went to get price adjustment and wouldn't. Cuz of the receipt due to the worker busy doing her own thing. I brought the proof of the price tags and nothing they can do. Supervisor was no help and her sidekick khadjiah.

I was at this store to return some items and I had the best costumer service from cashier named George and assistant manager Jennifer, this store is lucky to have these two amazing people on board. These 2 people made me change my review from 1* to 5* because I was there 2 days ago and cashier named Paola couldn’t process a return and I ask her to call the manager, when manager came I forgot her name and she said there is no way she can help with the return because the register is refusing the return you can tell she was to lazy to even try to help, I told her I can do an exchange buy something else she said we only do exchange “APPLE FOR APPLE”” really? She said email costumer support they will help you and I did they said manager can give you refund if he/she wants to if they don’t want to give refund they will come with excuses we can’t do anything. Thanks to George and Jennifer I was able to get the refund.
