False advertising…. Yesterday I bought a battery for my vehicle and on the battery hanger it says bring your old battery and we will refund you 12 dollars for this the battery cost 109 dollars which I ended up paying 130.
When I returned with my old battery to get the 12 dollars back, they told me that they did not receive the brand of battery that I had and that they only received the brand that Home Depot has.
What they do just to get people to buy in that place seems disrespectful and deceitful to me……. They should not put false advertising or finally say that they only receive that brand on the same hanger so as not to waste time for pleasure.

I bought a washer and dryer set and was told that it was mandatory to have it delivered as they don't stock the items on site. Then I was charged for the delivery. If they don't allow pickup of items, delivery should be free. Very disappointing.

Don’t believe any product that says lifetime warranty.
Employees never honor it bother about receipt they expect you to keep it forever.
Husky is a Home Depot brand and they don’t honor their lifetime warranty
Packages should not say lifetime warranty as it’s not true. False advertisement
Dennis at customer service has 0 customer service and 0 intelligence he should be stacking boxes in the back not dealing with customers.

I got 2 king size beds and they were too big so i wanted to change and get queen size bed they said there is no return policy. I didn’t even opened the package. I’m not even asking for extra money or anything even though the queen is cheaper.

I have a huge problem and I am so frustrated I can scream. I called Home Depot regarding an online order on Sept. 25 and was told that a refund is processed and the money will be put back on my gift card. When I receive acknowledgement, the email read that $0.00 was returned to my gift card. I waited a little over a week to see if I would get my refund and I did not. I called Home depot again on Nov. 4 and after several attempts and a long wait I was assured that I was reimbursed $40.00 on a new gift card. I had a balance of $40.00 on my old gift card and Home Depot was supposed to reimburse $37.42. What this person did was simply issue a new gift card with my old balance and completely yet again that home depot owes me $37.42 as a refund. I am not sure if calling a fourth time will help. I cannot believe that after explaining what happened that a customer service representative went ahead and did something like that. I need my $37.42 refund and no one should expect a customer to called and spend 20-25 minutes each time for a refund.

Loved the place. The staff was the best and they helped me find this lamp with the color changing light bulbs that i wanted, everything was so quick and so affordable, like sixty bucks for 2 HUGE LAMPS and the 2 smart light bulbs.

Where do I begin. Went in to buy a cart that they had on display, asked about 3 people before I got my answer on where and how to go to cash out for delivery. When at the register I asked "do they come in boxes? I should be able to fit the pieces in my car." Cashier dismissed me initially and told me they do come in boxed after asking a second time." So I swipe my card because there was a line behind me. They go wheel out the beat up display one that's covered in scratches and dust. "I paid for a new one and get this?" It won't fit in my car assembled. That's why I asked if they came in boxes. Obviously I didn't want the beat up one so I asked if there was a location nearby that has them. They called about 10 people over to see what to do and within 30 minutes we got no where. They were asking each other where the phone was to check the other stores inventory. And when they finally got it they said I need to refund it here then go there and buy it again. It takes 3 business days for the money to go back to the account. I needed that cart for a new job I got this week and now I have to wait 3 days without it because the staff is half asleep at 4:00 in the afternoon.

They won’t match their own websites price. They advised me to buy online or from somewhere else, so that’s what I did. Weird for a store to tell me to shop elsewhere but that’s the advice I was given so I’m just passing it along.

I have literally been here four times and all four separate occasions, they were out of stock of what I needed even though online said they had 10 + left. Nothing on sale, just general items. Complete waste of time. Never returning to this location. They need to work on their ordering.
