I scheduled my appointment online in the same week and my preparer Johanna began working on my file as soon as I uploaded all my documents. The online process was very easy to navigate and when I went in for my appointment, I walked right in for my appointment with no wait and she already had my file up and ready. Johanna was an absolute pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend!

Office Manager is rude and unprofessional. They over price to do your taxes. I went there and their scan machine was not working. It have not been working for weeks. I had to use my phone to take individual pictures of my documents. Find another place to do your taxes. My tax consultant was polite and helpful. I would give him 5 stars.
