Good prices, half the staff doesn't speak English. This is an issue.Came back a year later and less staff speak English. If the manager is doesn't think this is an issue then this may be the primary issue.

Be aware that Hugo Boss Outlet clothing is not the same as genuine Hugo Boss clothing. It's made specifically for the Outlet (not in Europe but in somewhere like Mexico), and the fabrics are of lower quality. Keeping that in mind, you still might find a nice suit or jacket at the outlet store that looks like the real thing at half the price of a retail store suit. Only a close inspection by an expert would reveal the difference.

Terrible “boss experience”.Third of the sales people can communicate in English; the rest only pretend without actual comprehension.And “a refund” in form of a store credit, regardless of the original form of payment (which is never brought to your attention at the time of purchase — see the paragraph above ??♂️)… a shame for a used-to-be respectful brand.

I got at sawgrass half hour before open and at 10 am they were all inside having a meeting and I showed them that was 10 am and a lady came to the door and said they won’t open on time today because they are having a meeting ! They will open when meeting is over ! Very disrespectful! The hours are 10am and I came early because I have to work ! She didn’t care ! It’s 10:10 and they are still sitting there like they still have plenty of time to open the doors ! What a shame ! I hope corporation do something about it ! It’s the sawgrass store !
