If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would! I took my daughter for a hair cut she HAD long beautiful hair, she has thick hair as well, I figured they’d be able to help us here. The started by proceeding to CHOP her hair off before washing to avoid washing her whole hair, they stood her up and started chopping I didn’t even get a chance to say stop before my daughters hair was on her hands. At this point there was no going back! She gave her layers all over when I asked to frame her face, she thinned all her ends so it looks super super choppy. The worst experience of my life. The hair cut took about 10 minutes when we have gone to other places her hair takes about an hour! She was left with hair all over her face and body I feel so sorry for my daughter she’s devastated! And I feel like I let her down! Stay away from this place if you appreciate your hair! This was a very traumatizing experience ! Again STAY AWAY!

I have been going to Isabel's for several years, and she always does such a great job with my hair. I decided to go blonde last year after having dark hair all my life, and I've gotten many compliments from friends and relatives. I've even been told they like the blonde better than the dark. I Herve very curly hair and got would never know it after she bliw drys it and flat irons it straight. I recommended a friend, and she was so pleased with her hair that she said she would definitely be going back.

If I could rate this establishment zero stars, I definitely would. I've been a customer for approximately two years, but my recent visit exposed the true character of the stylist. Initially, she attempted to delegate my hair to someone else, but I insisted that only she handle it. She assured me it was okay and that she would prioritize me after finishing with one other client. Unfortunately, when the time came, she chose to attend to somebody else with a noticeable attitude. By the time she finally started on my hair, it was extremely dry. During the blow-drying process, she treated me with such hostility that I tried explaining my discomfort before leaving, but I only fully grasped the severity of the situation once I was in my car driving home. I had to turn back to the salon to inform her of the pain I was experiencing. Upon my return, she had another person examine my hair and dismiss my pain, insisting that I wasn't feeling what I claimed. This was an unprecedented and distressing experience for me. I couldn't help but wonder what I had done to deserve such mistreatment. In my opinion, it seemed that I wasn't considered part of the same cultural group, leading to a biased attitude. I strongly advise against patronizing this salon, especially if you are not of Dominican descent. Despite the owner's outward appearance of niceness, my encounters suggest otherwise. I felt compelled to share this review to express my dissatisfaction and hope that she does not treat others similarly. Adding to my disappointment, during a previous visit about two months ago, she had cut my hair unevenly and seemed more focused on casual conversation than providing quality service.

Hair Slylist Maritza did a wonderful job with wash, trim and style. She asked how I wanted my hair styled. Will definitely see her again.

Moved here from New York and was looking for a salon that could give me a straight hair cut, no blow out no wash and other salons quoted me $90 for just a simple cut . Isabel cake to the rescue and gave me an amazing hair cut for $25 ... cheap doesn't mean bad haircut. Love love love my cut!!! Thank you Isabel!!!

I came here get a hair cut at 9:03 on Sunday and no one is here. Even on the door it says 9am to 2pm ??? Literally no has showed to open up the shop all lights are off and it's completely empty inside.. I just wanted my hair cut but okay I will go somewhere else

Isabel was my hair stylist. She did what she want to my hair not what i want! I was not happy and did not like how my hair came out after all. She used a strong chemical on my hair and now my hair is burned and falling out. I paid so much money to get my hair done to not be happy at the end and with the results. I will never returned to this hair salon

Great Salon, amazing customer service... took my Goddaughter to get a cut, wash and set and they were amazing, friendly and quick... stylist even gave me tips on how to help her hair stay healthy at home.
