J & R knew what was wrong with my older Treadmill just by viewing a video I made and sent them. They did a great job repairing the lower control board and the treadmill came to life once again. I would recommend them to others!

Rarely do I give anyone a five star review but for J&R Technical service it's not enough. I sent a 20 year old board in from my own personal Precor elliptical machine and in less than 2 weeks it came back and my machine never worked better thank you J&R
