This is a nice size J. Crew Factory store with a nice welcoming staff and nice lay out. Pretty much all the men's items are on the right side of the store, while the women's section is on the left.We saw lots of sale signs running around 50% off, as well as a nice men's clearance section with items up to 70%off. Lots of options and choices...from long sleeve shirts to t-shirts.The quality of their merchandise is well known and both my husband and I have many items from J. Crew. I found a nice shirt for my nephew at about $15 after the clearance discount...not a bad deal !!!!

There was a killer coupon online (50% off CLEARANCE items), so a friend and I made a special trip to Sawgrass since the coupon was only for factory stores.After shopping for 30 minutes, we went to check out and presented our coupon. First, the cashier told us it was only for online purchases. When we pointed out that was clearly not the case, she called in the assistant manager. She came and read the fine print of the coupon, and when she couldn't find a hole to poke in it, she called in the store manager. The store manager tried the online thing too, then gave into that pretty quickly when she realized it stated clearly that it was for factory stores. She puzzled over it for another 60 seconds or so before declaring the coupon could not be used with clearance items. We could either get the clearance price OR the coupon price. We protested, again showing her what the coupon said exactly- that it was 50% off of CLEARANCE items. She had the audacity to laugh in our face, and said if we got a deal that good they would go out of business.If this store is unwilling to accept the coupons their own company is putting online, I can't imagine why anyone shops here.

It's been a while since I have been to a store that has wonderful service. Not pushy, just good an honest. The staff is clearly well trained here. My husband, young daughter and I came in ln Sunday, July 30th.
I believe Daniella was the girl in the fitting room and was quiet initially and then became incredibly helpful helping us pick out and find clothes. There were 2-3 other staff members, one girl for sure and a very well dressed black gentleman in a pink sweater vest that should be on the face of JCrew. He understood my frustration with lack of options for people that are long waisted and how everything was cut so boxy. Maybe he should help the designers because I would love the old school style of JCrew to come back with options for long waisted people.
We bought several things but mens area definitely had a better selection.
