This is the only store that had the product I was looking for available for pick up. I decided to order online and go pick it up. I ordered the sneakers a little after 6pm. Did some running around and headed down expecting it to be ready. When I got there, the associates did not greet me nor did any of them look like they wanted to be there. I walked up to a young lady at the register that looked like she was zoning out. I told her I was there to pick up an order. She asked my name turn to the others and yelled is this order ready, then proceeds to head to the back. She comes back and asked if my name was Melissa which was totally wrong lol. Then they all come out and say no it’s not ready. What I don’t understand is, if your location allowed for pick up unlike the others that said had to be shipped to store within 3 to 5 days why would the order not be ready within almost two hours. The other girl says to me, it takes a while to process through the system. Honestly, they all looked young and lazy and I don’t think any of them even wanted to put the order together. So now I gotta drive back down here again today for an order that was available for pickup over 12 hours later. Very disappointed and for this reason I would never place an order online for pickup. Thank God I didn’t order it for pickup today or tomorrow since school starts Monday! Smh do better.

Zero customer care, misleading sizing, and intimidation tactics.
I came in today asking specifically for the wide version of a shoe. The salesperson insisted the pair they handed me was wide and the counter has “365-day return” sign. Minutes after leaving, I tried them on and saw the box is clearly stamped “Narrow.”
I walked straight back—soles still pristine—but the staff refused to talk it through, offered no apology, and hid in the back of the store while someone dialed the police to shoo us out instead of fixing the problem. They suddenly claimed “once worn, no returns,” a condition nowhere on their posted policy or receipt.
deceptive sizing, a bait-and-switch return policy, zero communication, and a willingness to threaten customers rather than honor their own promises. Triple-check every label—and be ready for hostility—if you shop here. I won’t be back.

The manager Alyssa and Diego were extremely nice with me, had a fun experience with both of them and will be definitely going back!!!

I bought the Birkenstock for $176.54 and when I got home I felt the left shoe had a problem, it was very old and I felt it was used. Really disappointed

Really nice staff. 3 1/2 stars?? OK shoe options. I know they’re a small store but they lacked sizes in most of their displayed Uggs. Their bookbags were caked in dust. But again, staff was personable.

I came yesterday black African American kid comes up to us he was wearing glasses and he was chewing a wrapper I wanted to buy 3 pairs of shoes and asked the gentleman if you can please tie my shoes. He goes . “OMGG” super loud. I was so confused because he could’ve just said no I didn’t force him or anything I was just asking a favor. He comes back and I ask him why you said that. He goes I felt like it and my boy ask him why u acting like that don’t be disrespectful he goes “IK YOUR NOT TALKING. Super disrespectful guy I shop here all the time last year I just came back in town and this black male with glasses treated us with disrespect I didn’t even feel like giving them a sale and I was going to buys like 4 pairs that day. He also said it’s a lot of work and I didn’t feel like doing. I told him he could’ve said no instead of showing attitude.

Alyssa, Chris, and Sarah were all extremely helpful staff :)) was greeted as soon as i walked in and each person had no issues going to the back and grab me any size and shoe i had asked for when they were available. only went in for crocs left with a few extras?:)) definitely will be coming back!!

I went to visit family in Florida last week and I stop by this so called family friendly store journey in sawgrass mall and all I got was this rude and unpleasant person. I tried asking her for help and she couldn't care to help or to even look my way. All she did was roll her eyes and act like I wasn't there.. and when I asked to see a manager she said I am the manager and laughed in my face, I asked for her name she just ignored so I asked another employee her name is DIANA !!! I never expected someone to be so nasty and rude and I'm from NYC

I had the worst experience at Journeys at Sawgrass Mall this week with manger Diane I asked her if there was a size for a specific sneaker available and she was at the floor standing truly ignored me and went to the register. I proceeded behind her and stated excuse me I am talking to you and need help so she replied don’t you see I’m on my cellphone and I said I don’t care what you doing and please help me so there was a friendly employee who said I can help and I told her I’m so sorry but I can not buy anything here after this lady (the manager) treated me like this. I will tell all my friends not to go there until she is gone!!!!!

While there are plenty of Journeys throughout Broward and Dade you can visit, the employees can make all the difference. I visited the Journeys location at Sawgrass on February 8, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. The manager and female employee working were excellent! I was shopping for a backpack and they were very eager to help. Good customer service is hard to come by but these two were so friendly and courteous I felt compelled to leave a review. I wish I knew their names to give them proper recognition. All I can say is more businesses need employees like them!

Do not buy in this store, I bought one sneakers and, it got Brocken in four days they didn't change it or refund me anything.I didn't think anything about this business, I bought some shoes on the fourth day, they broke and they didn't want to change or admit that they were defective, they didn't give me my money back.
