The aqua fitness classes are wonderful. You get a full cardio workout without having to sweat. But be warned, when you leave the pool you'll know you just had a full body workout!!!

Brittany at the front desk is the best. Very friendly and pleasant. Greets people as they come in, and makes positive comments as they leave.

I love this gym location in Sawgrass near Sunrise. Very clean equipment. I love Marquel’s Spin class on Mondays. Marquel brings the resistance and great music 🎶. Christian Vanessa and Danny are all wonderful people they make you feel like family.
