This was my first-time visiting Lids located inside the Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall, I went into this store to get a couple of my Oakley hats embroided to show respect to my Premier League Team, which one is it?The staff were very attentive and immediately greeted me and not only did I receive first class customer service with Alex suggesting the best font for the embroided date but also signing me up to the Lids Access Pass loyalty programme for a discount on my purchase.I left the store after being advised that it would take up to 45 minutes to complete and on my return the hats were perfectly embroided in white thread to a very high standard. Thank you to Alex and the team at Lids for phenomenal customer service and great work on my hats which I look forward to wearing to the next match now that I am back in London.

Walked in and wasnt acknowledged by anyone. The place had 3 employees, but not sure why because none of them have a clue what customer service is!! During the entire checkout Izzy was completely silent.. not even a mum until he mouthed "its 62.04" then not even so much as goodbye ?♂️ All while the other 2 women employees gazed into space. This place might as well have a self checkout and call it a day. Wont be back to this circus!!

If your going to close your store earlier than what's in your store hours update it then so people don't waste time walking there. Every other store closes at the time they said they're closing and you guys had to be the only ones closing the store early. I'm not making another trip just to see you guys are closed early again, I'll buy a jersey from somewhere else

I purchased a cap at LIDS store 5126 On 04/23/2021, I attempted to return the hat because the strap broke after owning it one week. I assumed I purchased a defective one since Nike hats typically don't start falling apart after one week. When I went to talk to Alberto, the store manager, at the Lids store, he told me that I can not do an exchange or a return. That I need to take the hat to the Nike store in the mall and return it there. When I spoke to the manager at Nike, she said that stores like Lockerroom try to return Nike products at the Nike store all the time. She explained to me that Lids purchased the Nike product and it is the store managers responsibility to complete the return. I called Alberto and read the return policy on my Lids receipt that stated, "If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and have your original sales receipt, we will gladly issue a refund within 30 days from the purchase. Merchandise can only be returned or exchanged at the LIDS division of the original purchase." He said that since the product has been worn and is not in the condition he sold it to me, he will not be doing a return or exchange. He never looked at the hat or my receipt. I am unsatisfied with the product as it broke in 12 days which is not consistent with Nike products. I am within the 30 days and I have the original receipt. I don't understand what the problem is here. This is my first time shopping with Lids and I am bewildered at how the manager treats customers. I would not recommend dealing with Lids. If you can, save yourself the headache and go to Nike where they actually treat their customers with respect and honor the return/exchange policy. At this point, it is not about the money. It's about the principle. If I am being sold a product, I expect it to be durable especially a $30 Nike cap. If I want something that falls apart, I can go to the dollar store-- even then products there last longer than 12 days.

All good things about this Lids. While traveling to south Florida I needed a hat to complete an outfit. Called this location to confirm they were open, called again to find where they were located in the mall since I didn't plan on visiting any other stores (wanted to park as close as possible to the entrance). Both times the store associate was very helpful especially with having a good amount of in store customers. Arrived in greeted and was able to look around for a hat that would fit my needs. Other customers shopped an everyone distance themselves in a smell space w/out an issue. Found a hat along with A1 service from start to finish, check them out if you're in the area in need of some headwear.
