So bad service. Almost an hour to do copy of key. Don’t go to this store. It should be close. Nobody help. Every employee only said they dont do keys and that I need to be pacience. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I received no assistance to getting assistance that made me feel very uncomfortable. I love going to Lowe’s but I have never experienced this type of shopping experience before. The first issue was requesting assistance multiple times and waiting over 20 minutes in an Empty Lowe’s and nobody absolutely nobody came. We had to figure it out on our own and actually settled on something else other than what we came for. Then during self check out the assistant they have there made me feel unwelcome. Asking me questions and before I can even answer telling me to calm down as if I was aggressive multiple times. I just needed help with my military discount and My ID has my picture and name that matches on the screen and she still was questioning me if I was the military member. I am a friendly calm person so this whole experience made feel upset and confused.

Horrible customer service. Was trying to replace a damaged craftsman 3/8 in drive ratchet. I was told I had to call craftsman myself because model numbers were changed. That Lowes would not exchange it. If you want to carry Craftsman products honor their LIFETIME warranty. Very customer unfriendly store.

I can't believe Lowe's no longer sells Stanley tape measures. One more reason to stop shopping here. On my way to where I should have gone to begin with, Home Depot.

No one at the store except Laz and Jose want to help.
Benji in flooring and other workers literally looked at my face while I tried to move 20 rugs because the one I wanted was on the bottom. I went two times and both times no one helped. This is why people go to Home Depot

Tried to return several items (unused) and was not able to because I was outside of the 90 return period. I realize that’s their policy, but Lowe’s just lost out on a $500-$700 grill sale. I told the representative that I didn’t want cash. I just wanted a store credit to help purchase more items. Ultimately it’s my fault for not being aware of the policy. Lesson learned for the future.

Where do yall find the people that work in this store??? The most ghetto experience I’ve had at Lowe’s. The managers just standing around chatting, the associates don’t know where anything is. Omg I skipped going to Home Depot to avoid the mess but it’s here too 🙄🙄🙄 shout out to buddy outside who helped me w my tree 🌲

Kalawatie gave us the most horrible customer service experience, just because we asked her to please check us out in return since we had bags of salts super heavy and the cart we took was not moving made us wait over 20 minutes, making phone calls and looking over her computer
