Customer Service associate named Tamara failed to handle and explain returns. Very rude and inappropriate, did not want to accept return of faulty door. Door was heavily uneven. management did not do anything to help with return or apprehend Tamaras attitude. Would not recommend to anyone. I recommend to head to Home Depot which is across the street. Fair warning.

Not my cup of tea... Every since I found out that a lot of their locations are involved in the support of LGBTQ I simply stopped shopping there. I did go one time out of desperation and the place charges pretty high for some products, compared to another hardware stores. Some products are cheap but again that's not imperative for me if the difference is just a few cents , I can deal with that.. I went to the restrooms and they were pretty filthy. Not sure if I'll ever go shopping again to that particular location. Yes the casher was friendly and all that but when I got to check out, the printer ran out of paper and it took two cashers to replace the paper inside... The parking lot was pretty empty which lead me ro understand that the amount of customers shopping there is pretty low probably for the very same reasons that I have so overall everything I can say is that I will continue to support different businesses according to their ethics more than according to their prices.

ZERO STARS is the same as a 1 star and you will see many here for a reason. We were in this store this week and a woman on the front, nobody is on the register for some reason but there's never a line anyway because like the last review says, this place is mostly empty while a 30 second drive away is a busy place. They have a woman in the front that looks so unhappy and didn't seem to care if we were there or not but we know we bought something recently as well and they won't take it back or swap it out for something they sell and doesn't work.. They will NEVER see us again and we will let as many know as possible because this is not place to shop if you care to be a happy customer.

P.O.S. Store ! BEWARE !Sold me a piece of junk and won't return. They say if you don't get scammed into a protection package you can't return something days old. Home Depot takes returns and is only a few blocks away.Never Again with this place !

so I went in there today to rent a Bissell green carpet cleaner, and I had to go to customer service to get the machine. I found the customer service to be horrible. I did not know what product to pick as far as the cleaning solutions and I said to Taniya can you help me and she said no I can’t help you and I said what on the website it says that you’ll help me pick out a solution and she was very snarky she claimed she doesn't know what I need. I picked out the solution paid for my Bissell and left very disturbed by the interaction of the customer service representative. When I got home I realized I have no idea how to use this machine I went on Google and found a video sh did not even offer to show me how to use it or ask if I knew how to use it, give me any guidance on how to use it just took my money. Have a nice day and I left. This is why I don’t shop at Lowe’s. I will never go back there. I’m going back there to return it, but I will never step foot in there again they need to get a grip on their customer service.

Good store. Just wish they had people in the actual departments to help you. Always seem like you have to wonder around to find someone that calls someone to get you help.

I don’t put zero stars because it’s not there , we had the worse experience in this store , really bad customer service started with the store manager VICTOR , we’re trying to purchase an impact door ?, that we bought in Lowe’s at southern ranches same day , with a really nice guy , but only have one here . So we had to search , we find the same door here in Sunrise Ockland store but they didn’t honor the same price that we pay in the other store and on top of that this guy was really rude and told my husband that if he didn’t like it than he was going to throw him out of the store, just for asking to discount this door that it was very scratched and old looking but we need . I will never go back there again

I went to get a cheap pot for a plant and some potting soil. I wasn't sure where to go as I walked in, so I ran into a staff member and he was very polite and helpful, asking me what type of pot I was looking for and sending me the right way. I found what I was looking for in a few seconds....I found someone working in the patio department and I was able to ask further questions and I got very helpful answers. I found a plastic pot for a few bucks and the smallest potting soil bag was about $5. Very happy with the selection and service here.

The worst. Had a dryer break on us. Bought one on Monday with guaranteed Tuesday delivery. Got a call Monday night that the "wrong truck" was delivering on Tuesday for an appliance. I'd be first on Wednesday. Got a text this morning that I was the "next delivery". Four hours later, outside their window, they delivered the dryer. It is a broken dryer and can not be installed due to a nut backer not being on the plug receptacle. I've been on hold for a half hour. One lady came and said hello after 20 minutes and then put me back on hold after repeating something to someone in her presence. Crappy store.

There's something deeply wrong with upper management at this location of Lowe's. I do Home Remodeling and honestly many of my friends and I go to Lowe's because there are too many people at Home Depot next door. But the staff in general, when you can find somebody, are uninterested rude and are very unwilling to help a customer. If I were to list the horrible customer service I've experienced this review would be pages long. Sitting at returns with one person talking to somebody else as you wait is frustrating. Three times I went to purchase linear feet of AstroTurf. I spent 20 minutes and could not find anyone to help me and that is not an exaggeration. On the third visit I was there at 8:00 and at 9:00 ( the time they closed just after the pandemic), someone did try to help me. They unstrapped the role of AstroTurf I wanted and the entire roll started unrolling down to the floor until it all had dropped off. My friend and I helped the employee try to roll up the mess but it took up the whole aisle and we needed more people to be honest. My friend and I measured out the 20 linear feet that I needed cut it ourselves and put it on two cards to take to the checkout. We found a guy walking by to get a ticket with the amount to take to the register and he just looked up and gave us the price on the very thin cheap green indoor outdoor rug. The price was about 15% of what the actual price should have been. It was now 9:45 the store had been closed no one was there to check us out no one was anywhere. We loaded the AstroTurf into the pickup and took off. Another visit I was returning a purchase I made online I had the purchase order my email the packing slip and the person that returns had no idea how to return it and actually told me that she could not return the item. She walked away and I thought she was going to get another person to help her but after waiting another 10 minutes I saw her sitting on the paint counter with another employee laughing. On a huge remodel I was using certain switches and plugs and face plates and they never had what I needed in stock or it wasn't placed in the right location and no employee could help me with anything I actually had to order online. Other occasions similar service spoke to the store manager and no one seemed interested. Now at self checkout you can literally just walk out with your cart because the employees by the door are facedown into their phones not paying attention to anything. It is the worst run store ( in general ) I have ever visited.

Lowe's in Sunrise has some of the worst customer service they have item labeled with up to 25 percent off and have the orange sign right on it and they still won't even honor the discounted price

I'm going to make a prediction here, this store will close soon. When an online order takes longer then coming in and just picking it up, your all but done. Good riddens.ridden. They actually charged me for product not picked up, then made me come in to get a refund. Clueless, you see me anymore Lowes who. Wasn't that a movie theater.
