I’m extremely disappointed by the behavior I witnessed at this Lululemon location. During my visit, I observed two managers — Sabrina and Christen — loudly and aggressively addressing customers, including a Hispanic male who was told he couldn’t purchase items and was asked to leave the store. The tone and volume were entirely uncalled for and made for a very uncomfortable environment.
As a brand that prides itself on community, inclusion, and respect, this kind of treatment is completely unacceptable. There are appropriate ways to handle customer interactions, and yelling should never be one of them — especially when it appears to single out or humiliate someone based on appearance or background.
Lululemon needs to seriously address the conduct and professionalism of its leadership at this location. This experience has made me reconsider shopping here in the future.

Such a great store!!!! Every single staff member was so kind, welcoming and genuinely wanted to help
There was one particular lady with long hair in a plait (whose name I didn’t catch) was so kind she got the skirt I wanted down from a mannequin on a high shelf!
Left with some good items and a sportsbra I have been wanting for ages which was out of stock in my home country
Will definitely return to this store!

It is a real outlet store. Nothing to do with the regular Lululemon store, or the other stores near it in this section of the mall. The discounts are pretty Great (aprox 20%), but the store itself is not beautiful.

It's like a thrift store disguised as a Lululemon. Clothes randomly all over the tiny store ... none of the typical selection of clothing,. shoes etc. Tons of missing sizes and only one employee pretending to help.

My wife went to get me a running shirt, one of the workers recommended a Zeroed Short-Sleeve shirt. You look it on internet on Lululemons site and it immediately says that it is for casual use and maybe light workout. Clearly not running! Went there the day after to get a refund and they denied it, not their policy… This was a very deceiving and sleasy sales practice. Paid 40 bucks for a crappy casual t shirt, never again buying here
