Mail time works hard to ensure customers understand their options so they can make the best decisions for their needs and budget. The staff is kind and professional and they are always going out of their way to help. Whenever I have unusual requests, they are professional and helpful to either accommodate me or offer great alternatives. This is hard to find in other packing and shipping stores. I highly recommend!

I have used several times the services of the company and they work perfectly, the delivery time is even faster sometimes than what has been agreed.Also I have received several categories of products, from scooters to Legos and, everything in between (small and big sizes).I'm very happy with them and, for sure, I will use their services for several years to come ?✈️?

Extremely bad experience. I made a delivery there and they assure me it will be deliver, but was never deliver and they don’t take liability. I lost money, time and the products I bought. So sad to make a bad review but is necessary for costumer to be informed.You ASSURE me as a client that the items will be deliver. You say , below , that MAILTIME Doesn’t take Liability , which is something you should inform clients clearly before accept deliveries. Also I did ask for a refund in your store and you said the same as below.

Terrible service. I sent a box to Vzla on December 20 and they still haven't delivered it. You call and they don't tell you when the box arrives. The lady who serves is very stupid. Do not use this currier
