We just ordered our mattress and base today from the assitant manager that helped us today. We are 100% satisfied with her help and ease with us while we were making up our mind as to what bed to buy. Highly recommend this location.

Great purchase experience here. Ann was knowledgeable of the products and respectful of my budget and I believe matched those two things very well. Best part: walked in expecting high pressure sales--nothing could be further from the truth. It was a pleasure working with Ann at Matress Firm.

Needed a last minute box spring and these guys saved us! We were in and out of the store in 20 minutes (we knew what we needed) and they even helped us secure the box mattress on our car!Guillermo was super helpful and so was the girl who helped him secure the mattress (sorry didn't catch your name :).I would definitely recommend this store! Good customer service is always appreciated.Update: Came in 09/03/23 and was assisted by the store manager Ann who helped us pick out the perfect mattress! She was so pleasant, knowledgeable and patient as we picked the right bed. After trying out a few mattresses and going back and forth we found the one for us! The process was seamless and we're getting our bed in two days which is amazing!Again, highly recommend this location! Thanks again, Ann!
