Mega Cycle is not an average bike shop. It carries top-of-the-line bikes and gear from Specialized and offers state-of-the-art bike repair and fittings. The shop bends over backwards to ensure an exceptional experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful. They are the real deal and provide excellent service. They take the time to ensure customers get the correct bike, with staff sitting with them to find the perfect fit. Purchases, from an FS Specialized MTB to a Specialized Kids Riprock, are noted as 10/10 experiences. They offer great prices, sometimes providing a discount, and can find specific models quickly. The repair service is also exceptional, with very friendly crews who complete work in short order at extremely reasonable prices, sometimes for about half of the initial estimate. The team genuinely cares about the rider and the community, going above and beyond to ensure customers are happy and confident. They modify bikes and accessories to fit just right. For a great bike, price, and experience, customers need not go anywhere else. Many plan to make more purchases there, starting with the friendly, knowledgeable staff.
