THANKS TO EMMA!!! Today we entered the Michael kors outlet store in the colonnades at sawgrass mall. Typically you feel flustered with multiple sales associates asking you if you need assistance but Emma was PHENOMENAL!!! She didn’t make us feel uncomfortable while shopping and came up to us periodically without hovering over us. She also gave us suggestions and opinions that were gratefully appreciated instead of pushing a sale. She also saw we had a few bags in our hands and made a suggestion to us, she went to the back to get new bags for us so we didn’t have to wait while in checkout making our experience quick and easy. She made the experience amazing and wish there was more of Emma’s on the floor!

I was in the Sawgrass Women Store on Friday 11/25/22, for Black Friday Shopping and Monday 11/28/2022, to do a return. On both occasions Asst Store Manager Carla was rude. I love Michael Kors. At least 70% of my clothing and shoes are MK. I shopped at this store a lot and never had an issue. But her unprofessionalism was unbecoming of a l leader.

I’ve been a Michael Kors fan for years but no longer. Just left the Sawgrass location and the service was terrible. One of the customers grabbed a purse out of my hand that I was going to purchase and your associate just stood there and never said a thing. I waited over 20 minutes to check out and finally left.Terrible store and terrible service
