I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of my recent purchase (Order # 100001562563). It is unacceptable that having ordered two jackets as holiday gifts for my friend’s twin daughters, they only received one. This has not only caused inconvenience but also embarrassment, as it is impossible to gift only one jacket to twins.
The expectation for me, the customer, to file a police report due to your shipping error is not only absurd but also highly inconvenient, especially during the busy holiday season. I have already spent an unnecessary two hours at my local police department addressing this issue, only to be informed, quite rightly, that this is not my responsibility but yours.
The packaging of the delivered item itself was noticeably unsecured, as evidenced by the photos I have, raising serious concerns about the handling and shipping process on your end. The police officer I spoke with clearly indicated that Moncler, as the shipper, can be the one to file any necessary reports with the carrier, UPS, in this situation.
To make matters worse, my friend, the intended recipient of these gifts, has already left for vacation, making any resolution on their part unfeasible. The expectation for customers to file a police report for a shipping error, especially during the holiday season, is unreasonable and demonstrates a lack of accountability on your part.
It is clear that the responsibility for this missing item lies with Moncler and not with the customer. Your insistence on shifting this burden onto the customer is both unfair and indicative of poor customer service. A reputable company should be able to conduct its own investigation with the carrier (UPS) and resolve such issues without customer hassles.
Moncler has the worst customer service.

It’s weird, it’s a magazine! There is no line, but the doorman does not look you in the eye or invite you in. I bought a coat from Mackage instead. The style accentuates the waist unlike the down jacket and is more feminine.

Good store, good location and great staff specially for Javier he was really helpful and totally committed on helping me to find the right fit for me even thought they didn’t have the size I was looking at that moment, I really recommend him if you’re looking for the perfect style and size his expertise, attention to detail and his great attitude make this visit a 10/10

I am escalating the treatment I received at the Sawgrass Mills location, to the corporate office… if I can find a numberI am appalled that after purchasing such a high ticket item, the fact that they can ship your purchase to your home is a secret.The store manager told me when I returned 2 days after my purchase.. requesting they ship the cost to my daughter in Chicago; I was told I would have had to directly ask the salesperson t ship it at the time of purchase. I made it clear to my salesperson I was sending the coat to my daughter, however the manager told me if I did not directly ask, the salesman had no responsibility to advise me that they could ship it for me. The store manager told me it was a courtesy for those who know to ask.On top of that they don’t do returns or exchanges! No verbal disclosure of this was given: Tgey has a small plaque on the opposite end which I couldn’t have seenI will never do business with a company that treats its customers thus way.
