This is one the best daycare’s! Mrs Joanna is very helpful and on point. Mrs Belkis is a great teacher as well as Mrs Monique. You will not regret taking your child here. It’s truly a blessing here at Nob Hill Academy.

One of the best pre-school & day care in town. Careful teachers & office staff. They are very organized & disciplined. My two daughters attended day care & VPK. Specially Mrs. Tanisha(early pre-k) & Mrs. Dora (VPK) were my older ones teacher & my daughter loved them. School is more about teaching discipline & following instructions which I liked most. In pre-k, students learn as similar as Kindergarten.. Teachers are creative which is very important to me. Over all a reliable pre-school/day care for any parents.

Mrs. Amrita proved to be an exceptional teacher for my child. Her dedication to nurturing the growth of every student is evident in the way she conducts her class. She creates a positive and engaging environment that promotes both learning and self-confidence. Her innovative teaching methods ensure that every child receives the attention they deserve. I am grateful to have had Mrs. Amrita as my child's teacher this summer and recommend her to any parent seeking a dedicated and passionate educator.

My son completed his VPK program at Nob Hill Academy & his transition from home to Nob Hill was wonderful. Every staff member is pleasant, kind and patient. His teacher, Ms. Belkis AMAZING! KIND! & was helpful, communicative, everyone knew his name even though he was only there for the summer. I felt my child was welcomed & thrived in a rich , nurturing learning environment. Every time I came by the place was clean, smelled good, toddlers and infants looked happy and cared for. I couldn't ask for a better place to begin my son's academic Journey. Ms. Belkis, Ms. Joana, Ms. Lucy, Ms. Carly, Ms.Maydu and the rest of the kind people are marvelous. Please consider Nob Hill Academy on Sunrise for your little ones.

I cannot express enough my gratitude to Nob Hill Academy for the amazing care my daughter has received there. They have all been amazing and have truly made my daughter feel special and welcomed but her teacher Ms. Amrita really made a difference. She is definitely one of a kind! She was soo dedicated, supportive, caring, and kind with my daughter that she keeps telling me how much she will miss her. I know Ms. Amrita will be remembered by my daughter like one of those people that marked her life in a positive way. Thank you Ms. Amrita, we are very thankful for all you taught her and we will miss you. I also want to thank Ms. Carly who is always so sweet, caring, and funny and my daughter loves her. I highly recommend this day care.

My daughter has been attending Nob Hill Academy in sunrise , the hiatus location since she was 1 years old , she is now 4 and about to start VPK with them for the new school year! I love this school and the teachers , the front desk customer service are always welcoming and great and the teachers care for my daughter is Amazing. She has progressed in all the positive ways , and I’m grateful to have found this school!

I love Nob Hill Academy!! I have had my daughter in this preschool since she was 8 months old.This past weekend, June 10, 2023, the school just had their VPK Graduation ceremony and it was unlike any ceremony me or my family ever experienced. The children had costume changes, set changes, and each child was truly highlighted and had the opportunity to set themselves apart from their classmates if they were not shy. The children even welcomed the audience to the graduation in 4 different languages native to their culture. English, Spanish, Urdu, and Haitian Creole.Nob Hill Academy celebrates culture, diversity, and acceptance of all. I wish that this was also a K-12 grade school because I would pay to keep my daughter there. This is a safe place and a safe space for your children.The teachers are all certified to teach VPK and the caregivers are filled with love as they nurture each child while they are extremely small.Nob Hill helped my daughter to take her first steps and even videotaped it for me to see because I was at work. The infant teachers taught me how to care for my daughter as I was a new mom with an only child.We are a bilingual family, and as my daughter wasn't yet speaking when all other children were, they eased my concern letting me know it's because she's bilingual. She has no learning disability, she is just going to take a bit longer to initially speak because her brain is processing and learning two languages. They were all right!! She is fully biliterate and bilingual now without any challenges whatsoever.Ms. Lucy Sanchez is always up front with a smiling face and encouraging words for the parents each and every day. She has been at Nob Hill for so many years. She is a blessing and will always assist with a smile on her face and warmth in her heart. Ms. Johana Reyes makes sure that the school is running smoothly and explains everything to the parents when questions surface.I am aware that this review is quite lengthy, but I want to reassure all parents that Nob Hill is a wonderful, diverse, and caring preschool to enroll your child in and keep there until they are ready for Kindergarten just as my little girl is now. I have her enrolled in the summer camp and she is enjoying it as well.I hope that this review helps someone out there on the fence about which preschool to put their child in.Nob Hill Academy-Sunrise should be your #1 choice!!

Yes my daughter just graduated from the VPK program at Nob Hill Academy, at the Oakland./Hiatus location. She’s attended here since 2 years old, and now my younger daughter has started at the 1 year olds class…I cannot speak highly enough about the facility, all the teachers, the front desk staff, curriculum! Our family is truly grateful to the school for the positive educational foundation it’s provided in the lives of my girls. I would recommend this daycare and preschool to everyone!

My daughter attended Nobhill Academy off Hiatus and I for about two years before I pulled her and put into a different school. The experience was terrible. To start, the security with the school is frightening. Anyone can walk into the school with the simple buzz of a button and parents are not checked at the door to prove relation to the students so ANYONE can have access to take your child. Next, the class sizes are massive. The school combines 30+ students to a classroom with one main teacher and one teaching aid that is only around for half the day. The teachers nor directors at the school do not know how to be adaptable to deal with children's different personalities and often times my daughter would come home unhappy with her school day. The school does not do any special activities for the parents like other preschools do. I would not recommend this school to any parent looking to send their child. The lack of security alone is something that never sat well with me.

Nob Hill Academy is an amazing preschool and my husband and I are so lucky to have our 2 1/2 year old enrolled there. He has been enrolled for almost a year and we've had the pleasure of having Mrs. Jean and Mrs. Brianna as his teachers so far. Both have been so attentive and caring with our son. The cleanliness is also immaculate which is something that is important to us. Also, the customer service is excellent and you are sure to always be greeted with a friendly face when you walk in. The directors, Johana and Lucy, are so sweet and have impeccable customer service. If you are looking for a great childcare option, look no further than Nob Hill Academy.

My daughter was already reading by the age of 2 and I was struggling to find a school that could continue to advance her skills and love of learning but Nobhill Academy offered so much more than I was looking for. My baby girl lacked basic social skills post covid and avoided non-familal interactions at all costs. Since enrolling my now 3 year old is a social butterfly enjoying every day with great teachers who excel in nuturing their students and guiding them in every area of their development. The front desk staff are always helpful and the overall atmosphere is always inviting. I appreciate the Nobhill Academy Hiatus location beyond words for making my transition back into the work force so smooth by being able to leave my love in their capable hands.

If you are looking for an extension of your family to care for your children, this is the place to go. We’ve been sending our children here for a few years and we adore the staff, their curriculum, programs offered and our children are thriving. Even their activities for the older kids during breaks are outstanding. We appreciate everything that this staff has done for our children (parents too!) and tools they have given them through the years.

My son has had the most wonderful year and a half with them, he has grown and loves his school and teachers, Johanna and Lucy are amazing invthe front desk and the teaching staff is dedicated to the children always.This place was a God send to me.

Both of my sons started Nob Hill Academy Sunrise at 2 years of age. The pre-k teachers took great care of my kids but the VPK program is what makes the school different than others. It really prepares them for Kindergarten. My oldest son had Ms. Amrita and she was amazing and patient. My nephew & niece also had her and all three kids were very ready to enter Kinder! She challenged them but was also very caring. I never worried about my kids while at Nob Hill as I knew the teachers were taking care of them as their own. My only wish was that they incorporated an app so we could better communicate with our kids teachers, but overall I would recommend this location!
