The store was clean. Sales people - Tomas, Gustavo, and Liliana were very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. It took maybe 10 minutes to find the correct frame for my wife's type of face and the correct type of lenses for the purpose she wanted (tennis). We have purchased several times in the past at this store and highly recommend it.

Such a great experience. The staff assisted me in getting a buy-one-get-second-half-off deal after I had already purchase my initial sunglasses. Wonderful customer service in understanding the consumer and not just making money, obrigado.

Found a pair of sun glasses I liked.Too good to be true because poor customer service derailed the buy.Clerk FRUSTRATED me because too slow, didn’t know English so I had no clue what she was saying.All I wanted to do was pay so I could leave but situation kept getting more ridiculous so I walked out!After greeting the clerk it shouldn’t take over a minute to pay! This situation took 5 minutes yet payment never accomplished.So I instead went to Dick’s Sporting Goods where sun glasses selection ‘maybe’ not as good as Oakley Vault but at least Dick’s employees knew English and my sale approved less than a minute after swiping my credit card.Too bad at Oakley Vault I couldn’t buy what I wanted.My advice to Oakley Vault at Sawgrass is English-only speaking need sun glasses too!Therefore when hiring make sure employee knows English language, not just Spanish.And get a computer that accepts credit cards as basic as Visa!

Got a pair of glasses Monday and didn't get a chance to open them till the Wednesday when I did they have a scuff all through the left eye and the workers there refused to take them back or be of any help at all.I love spending 100's of dollars of supposedly performance eyewear to get a lackluster product and poor service. I will never buy oakleys again thanks to this experience.
