The shop owner had a disgusting attitude. i don’t like to make assumptions, but me and my hispanic group of friends were outside the store sitting comfortably when he decided to kick us out and even had the audacity to scream at us for simply taking a seat in front of his store. There was another man outside the store sitting as well, yet he seemed perfectly fine with him being there. I haven’t shopped there, but after his despicable attitude, he won’t ever be getting my service.

Came in while passing. Was browsing with my father. Store clerk posted up and interrupted our conversation. Asked about a certain brand and gave no insight. Sold me a cracked cigar, wasn’t allowed to touch the cigars and inspect before buying.

Very nice cigar store with everything you would need to relax and have a smoke. The prices are very reasonable and competitive for the area. Plenty of gift items for purchase especially large heavy ashtrays. The owner was very attentive and informative.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have passed by this shop several times since I shop at Sawgrass mall very often and see it is always empty and today I had some extra time to kill and decided to go inside and check out the prices and see if the bad reviews I’ve seen on this shop were true. Well, the reviews are true. The person at the shop today was more than just disrespectful. Im looking around and actually was interested in a couple of sticks I was missing in my humidor and in a Lotus torch lighter and the man stands less than a foot from me and hovers over me as if I was trying to steal merchandise when I had nothing in my hands and was just looking inside of the glass displays. Lost a potential customer and all he did was make my girlfriend and I uncomfortable. Trust me, go take your business somewhere else as they are overpriced compared to other cigar shops nearby.
