We did a drayage load for them and then as soon as it was completed, we could not get any more communication from them. That has been pending since June 2020

This broker failed to resolve an open claim with our office. Broker used unsubstantiated reasoning to not pay our carriers invoice, and will not respond to our communication attempts.
