Absolutely outstanding service at O’Reilly Auto Parts! I was having an ongoing issue with my alternator and battery that took a few visits to get to the bottom of, and Chris was nothing short of exceptional. He didn’t just run a quick test and send me on my way — he double and triple checked everything, using his experience and intuition to make sure nothing was overlooked. You can’t teach that — that’s genuine expertise and care.
Thanks to his persistence, we discovered the alternator was in fact the problem, even though it initially tested fine. He saved me a full day of frustration, a costly mechanic bill, and a potential tow. Marius was also incredibly helpful and just as genuine. Both of them went above and beyond, showing real dedication to helping customers, not just moving through the motions.
They could have easily stopped after the first test, but instead they took the time to make sure I left with answers and confidence. This kind of integrity and customer service is rare these days. Chris and Marius are the definition of professionalism and kindness — true assets to O’Reilly Auto Parts

I purchased a battery in Aug.2023 from this location. I arrived last night to this location with 9v output on my battery after I went to 2 other locations. The 1st location didn't have the battery in stocks. They sent me to a 2nd location to find this location was closed at 7:30pm. So I called this Sunrise location to check if they had this battery in stock being that I had waisted so much time and it was 8:20pm and they close at 9pm. I spoke to someone who checked and confirmed they had the battery and immediately continued to tell me that they don't replace any parts after 7:30pm. So I asked if they can check my alternator, and he said they can't because it's after 7:30pm. I arrived at the store at about 8:35pm. When I approached the counter I spoke with the store manager Jose. I told him I just called and was there for a warranty battery replacement. He than replied with an attitude that he would need to test the battery and that they were closing soon. He continued to say that I would have to remove the battery myself and bring inside the store so he can test. He also told me he needs the old battery on the counter so he can give me the new battery. I was so stressed out!! I called a family member to come and remove the battery being that I didn't have any tools to remove it myself. I went to let store manager Jose know that someone was on the way to remove it and hes response with an attitude was that he needed to hurry because they were closing soon. I asked Jose if they can come outside to test the battery while my family member get's there and he replied No. A few minutes later the other employee came outside and tested the battery that was at 9v like I previously told them. By 8:50pm the old battery was on the counter and I was given the new battery. The store manager was no where to be seen. I live in Miami and I was about 40miles away from home and the store manager Jose was telling me to come back the next day. How am I suppose to go back the following day with a car that won't start????
I'm not one to write a review but the attitude, the lack of help/support, the lack of importance and the huge I don't care it's your problem not mine that came from this man had my stress level on high. This store manager Jose customer service ethics is at a 0% . I work in service for Caterpillar for 28 years and if ever treated one of my customers the way Jose store manager did CAT would not be happy. I trully hope this review reaches the Regional Manager who can have a conversation with this store manager and maybe send him for customer service training so he can learn how to treat customer's and be a little compassionate about he's customers needs and not add additional stress when they come to O'Reilly. Thank you

Abraham provided the best service in my 20 years of shopping auto parts. After directing me where to go he checked in to see if I need further assistance which he provided. This man even checked on me while I was in the parking lot to see if I needed a hand. It might seem real basic, and it only took him a few more seconds, but treatment like that is what this industry needs. I know how to work on cars, but many people don’t. If autosales people had the same attitude is Abraham, anyone would feel safe and comfortable trying to get the parts they need to maintain their cars. Thank you, Abraham!

My battery was 4 years old, which in Florida is old old. I passed 4 auto part stores to go here. It was a slow morning and I received quick service. The old battery was tested and failed, replaced and paid for in short order. I recommend this auto parts location . They do many other services as well.
