Quality product - ZERO customer service. Nobody responds to the email address and the "contact number" listed online is a wrong number for some rando woman in Fort Lauderdale.It's been said before but DON'T BUY if you think you may need to return. You won't get anything but radio silence.

The online shop has terrible (non-existent) customer service. Have been trying for months to get ahold of someone to process a refund of a large purchase that I returned months ago. They will not get back to me via any method of contact. DO NOT BUY from the online store if you think there is any chance you might need to make a return.

Team store at the arena with a large assortment of panthers apparel. The prices for jerseys are higher than you would find online, although you can find some that are stitched and not heat pressed.

Huge Florida Panthers fan. Great selection for adults and children. Watch their website for opening times not affiliated with games so you can purchase merchandise without actually going to a game.
