Nice purses at a decent price, considering the brand.Jane was very helpful and friendly, she showed me purses within the color scheme I was looking for and I was able to try all of them and make my choice.The door man was also very polite.

Prada is not the same in 2023. Speaking about their products, the prices just don’t match the quality of the product. It has undoubtedly and significantly decreased. It was definitely better years ago. I loved Prada.. not anymore because I just feel disappointed. Who knows what will happen in the upcoming years..

I walked in to this Prada boutique, there were two associates standing in front of the door having a conversa that sounded fun I passed by them , walked all around the store which was not that busy , walked out without being helped at all ! Not even a greeting at the door? That’s sad!

Careful when you buy something here , I buy a par of shoes that I use ones and broke they said that warranty don’t apply because I wear the shoes so basically I pay $700 to use a pair of shoes one time . The customer service was horrible . Now I have to trough away a shoes that I use one and buy then 4 months ago .
