To say ProMedical is disorganized and unprofessional is an understatement. This business is very close to a scam, in my opinion.

It is the most horrible medical insurance or medical plan company that exists, poor service, expensive and deceptive medical plans, they are not kind to their clients, I do not recommend it to anyone, nothing they sell you in their medical plans is true
