I never find anything wrong
in my visits to Publix. The only thing is that a few times you're going to be missing the fresh pizza dough and some types of
bread if you go after 5:00.

I just had their cashier, Britney, ( black female ) discriminate against me. I literally heard and saw with my own eyes where she asked a white male who was returning an item if a gift card would work for him, but when I approached her, she asked me for a receipt. So do we just pick & choose certain individuals to ask for a receipt? Then the store manager, Stephanie, was not helpful at all, almost as if I wasn't speaking English, like I'm sure that's not what they taught her in training. She's not the only cashier but this year I will be reporting it & will give the same energy they've been giving me moving forward.

Horrible experience at the deli today at the hot food section. I'm an avid Publix shopper I literally live within seconds of this location and the associate at the hot food section was helping another customer and of course I would be next no big deal you would think. Not my experience! After helping the customer in front of me the associate bent down stood up then left and said their goodbyes to their fellow associates without acknowledging me or saying anything about another associate who would eventually help me. So I'm there looking like did she leave? Yep she left for the day. I understand your shift ended there isn't an issue with you leaving we all work I get it but to not acknowledge or tell the customer I'll get someone to take over for this section (hot foods) I'm the only one there for hot foods no one else was behind me. The point of a shopping experience when you market where shopping is a pleasure is to at least acknowledge your customers. I would've said that's fine if she just said ma'am I'll get someone and I would've waited with no issue. Simple things can make an experience with any retailer all the more better. The associate who I asked what her name was who blatantly lied to my face because I shop at this Publix all the time about him not knowing her name. Sir, had I looked at her badge I would've had her name and you work with her and I see you all of the time. Why lie? I appreciate the customer service manager for assisting and then delegating me to the associate deli manager who corrected it. A simple question turned into an experience that made me write an entire dissertation of a review. I appreciate them helping me in the end but simple things such as acknowledging a customer can make it a better experience.
