Store opened at 9AM and now it’s 9:15 and no cashier. 2 security guards no cashier. I like the self check out but I can’t do returns on these. Store is hot. No Ross can beat the FTL 18th st location.

Sadae was an angel. She helped me only the way a top associate could. I thought all was lost when I couldn't find my receipt, but she helped me calm down and found a solution to my concerns. She was not rushing me and helped me get rational about things.
She deserves this shout out! 😅
