Really disappointed with this store. Had high hopes. There is a sales girl there and her up selling skills are so stupid. Very disrespectful. She was trying to sell me a bad based on the color of the outfit i was wearing that day as if I wear the same color everyday. Never going again

Really bad experience. The seller was condescending and doing the minimum. I am a loyal customer of the brand (in the US and in France). Wondering if the service would have been better if I was wearing luxury items this day..Friendly advice to the management: align client experience to other YSL boutiques and to luxury standards…

One of the worst customer experience I ever had in a Saint Laurent store in the U.S. or France. Staff seems to be bored and even with an empty store, they are not helping you. Maybe it’s because they want to focus their attention on another type of customers wearing luxury pretentious products.Even if we were looking to buy specific products, we prefered to not buy it there.

I wish I would’ve seen the reviews prior to purchasing any bag at this store. This has been so far my worst experience at any designer store. I can tell you other brands will treat you better than these people. I recently purchased a tote bag that’s not even 3 weeks old and the leather on the edges lifted. It wasn’t a scratch, it wasn’t “wear and tear” it’s called bad quality. How is it possible a 1k + tote, will lift ? I’ve never had such a ruthless and uncomfortable situation like todays, where the so called manager who shouldn’t even be a manager, literally did not help whatsoever. I wasn’t as mad as I should’ve been though. In fact, I was very understanding that it isn’t the salespersons/store fault, it’s life, it happens. But the least you can be is understanding and have common sense a purse that isn’t even 30 days old is having this lifting. I’ve never had an issue with LV, Gucci, Hermes, Fendi etc. So far very disappointed with the experience. I used to love YSL, it’s not my first bag but when they treat you like “oh well too bad” it’s extremely disrespectful to the buyers. I work with people all the time (Paralegal soon to be attorney) it’s so disgusting to see someone be so unethical. That manager Christopher, did not want to help nor be comprehensive. I did not want this to escalate, but someone like that person shouldn’t treat anyone like this. YSL hire people who are insightful and provide the correct customer service. This store is ran like communism, poor sales lady even understood and said there’s nothing she can do, even if I was correct.

Staff is attentive with who they think is going to spend money, if you don’t have that look your experience will be different. They selection is not bad, store has some good finds.
