Customer service is amazing and workers are helpful. It depends which day you go. In my opinion, weekends and Mondays are the best day. The only downside are the long lines at checkout and customer service. I like this location.

We have had great service with the curb pickup option. The only negative is that sometimes different items get substituted. Not sure if they were out of the plain yogurt but we received "flips" with toppings attached...we were disappointed. However, since we didn't check the items before loading up the car....otherwise, very good service overall.

I finally have something good to say about a staff member at the Sunrise Sam's Club! ' I stopped an associate and asked where something was. Instead of a blank stare and a "maybe" it was in aisle 12, the young lady took me over to the aisle and shelf where it was. For a minute I thought I was at Costco. Whoever hired that associate by the name of Erica should be in charge of all hiring. Erica actually was a help which I have found to be very unusual from the Sam's staff.

September 18th we went to Sam's Club. As soon as we entered the store, we were greeted by a young lady named Kathy. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. In most stores, staff run and hide from you but not Kathy...she walks right up to you and asks you on how she can help you! Kathy is very sweet and has great hair!We love Sams...it's clean, well stocked, and the staff is helpful!5 star rating!

This store used to be great and were doing great at the start of Covid. I had applauded their efforts to keep clean and their store was one of the best. But for the last 2 months I've come on a Saturday after one hour of the store being open and they have no carts wiped down or Available for use. They have 5 people standing at the front to check your club card. Customer service here is not great and most of the employees spend their time in bundles chatting amongst themselves. This is the only sams club near me but as a member for 3 years I find this club may have poor management recently and not a place I prefer to shop.

During this time of Social Distancing and self quarantine preparation this store was amazing. Essential items are limited allowing everyone to get what the need. Employees were friendly and helpful. People in general were caring and concerned for each other.

The tire dept at sam's club in Sunrise FL Is managed terribly I noticed at work today (Monday) my front tire had a screw embedded into it. I went to Sams immediately after work, arriving around 5:30. I was told I needed to make an appt for another day, and I could not arrive after 5pm. This Was irritating because I would have to arrange to leave work early, and I had to deal with the tire going flat in the meantime. They really didn't care if I had to change the spare tire in the parking lot, or if I sat there with a flat tire all nite. Why doesn't the managers schedule better Coverage When their Customers Are Available To Get Into Your Store or have an emergency?

Fast Service ... Quick & Fast .. Went in line and the Cashiers load up the cart with your groceries for you. Extremely convenient process. Definitely was not expecting the women to be loading the grocery cart with the heavy items

Late last night I was surfing Sam's Club website and checked out some chocolate milk that I was very interested in! So today after work I head over. I found many great savings on products I desired. Actually I was only going to get a few things but ended up purchasing more! The last thing on my list was my chocolate milk! I went circling around the area I assumed that it would be but could not find it. I saw an associate, Patrick, and asked if there was any. Instantly he smiled and said he knows what I am talking about. He said it should be in the area but neither of us could find it. He then called to someone in the back asking if the milk was there. I didn't even need to ask him to do this! He asked and another associate, a bespectacled woman who looked on her handset to see if the item was in stock. It was. Patrick told me that he is going to the back to get them for me and asked me how many I wanted!! I told him and he asked where I would be and that he would bring them out to me! :) So after a brief wait I see him emerge bringing my milk!! He put them in my cart and I thanked him. I want to say again thank you so much, Patrick, for your exemplary customer service, for going above and beyond and bringing my very hectic and tiring day to a wonderful end! Same as the lady with the glasses. I am sorry that I forgot your name but thanks for looking up to be sure you had this item in stock. I live nowhere near the area so it is a trek for me to shop out this way and it was not a disappointment! Five stars all the way!!! *****

I went specifically to the tire center. The waiting time was about two hours just to have one tire checked and fixed. However, the staff was very friendly and helpful. They initially told me my tire could not be fixed and I would have to purchase a new one. However, the manager said he would try his best and he was able to fix it! Also, he seemed genuinely happy to help. I really wish this location had a gas station though. Besides that, it's a great Sam's club.

This Sams club is the cleanest and most well kept I've been to here in South Florida. The workers are constantly on the floor rearranging product and checking their areas.

Lots of parking here. Even on the weekend, I always find a decent spot. The double staff at the registers here are a bit much with all the talking and trying to shove the Plus membership down your throat, but you eventually get cashed out. Lots of stock here except the bakery where the cake selection is minimal. Food court staff aren't the friendliest, but decent.

Wow, possibly my worst sams club experience! We visited on the Sunday of Veteran's day weekend. While browsing the wine section of the store, they were advertising an instant savings deal for $5 off 5 bottles of wine. When cashing out we noticed the discount didn't apply and were told to finish check out and speak to customer service. After my husband waited 20 minutes to be seen at customer service, the attendant walked all the way back to the wine section with him to see the advertisement and stated "oh, that's yesterday's sale". After some discussion, about the fact that the employees failed to remove the sign, we were told that they would not honor it, and our only option was to take the wine or just return it. Meanwhile, I was in line for pizza. 2 women on front of me had ordered ice cream that included vanilla ice cream. The workers told them that vanilla was out, and admitted that they had some in the freezer, but it took too long to get new ice cream going and that because the were closing in a couple hours( they didn't feel like bothering with the whole ice cream machine process and clean up. I ordered my pizza and fountain drink. Then to my surprise, NONE of the fountain drinks are working... I'm talking about 3 soda stations. 2 don't have ice. Every other spout is just spitting out carbonated water with little to no flavor/syrup. There's one Pepsi fountain that tasted less flat than all the others. Myself and 4 customers who had been behind me all stepped up to mention this to the food workers who just simply advised that they were out of syrups and the CO2 tanks were faulty... not only is this awful management, but the fact that the food workers KNEW THIS, and didn't tell ANY of the customers this is mind blowing. They simply advised we all go find a manger and ask for our money back. WOW!

Sams is the worst of all of the warehouse clubs in my opinion. I went to the Coral Springs sams tonight because I needed certain gift cards. They didn't have as many as I needed so I went to the one on West Sunrise. This review is of West Sunrise. The lines were long so I asked the cashiers helper if she could get my gift cards while I stood in line so that I didn't have to wait forever for someone to get them which is kind of common. The cashier rang up my gift cards and then I paid for about $80 of groceries for the guy behind me because she rang me up that way. She called a manager over named Arlisha who wanted me to get in this very long line to make the return to which I replied that for the cashiers error I didn't belong behind 10 people in the return line. The cashier agreed, she felt bad so they went and got someone else who bypassed the line and handled my refund. It wasn't that great if am experience because it just took way too long and the thought that I was told to get in this huge line was unimaginable because Sams is way too slow to start with.

Have a cost membership and came in here to check it out if maybe I wanted to get a sams club membership. Don't see why I would unless I want more selection of generic product. This place is to Costco what Marshall's is to Macy's. Prices are pretty much the same.
