Horrible they are just as good as the kiosk you see around the mall they don't carry much for phone unless you have a device that just come out the attendant thought my galaxy fold 2 which I paid $2000 for was a joke they had nothing for me to buy besides a new phone. Not much to experience I got better service ordering from Ali express my items arive in 12 days. Treat all your customers well guys.

The employees do not have the ability to solve a problem, lack of knowledge in electronics, I bought a microphone and when it was used for the first time it was useless, and they did not want to change it

They sale panama phone is fake. Don't buy it . I bought one there now I have big problem with samsung because is not from USA. The store didn't refund me or exchange, the samsung usa can't help me because is from another country..DDON'T BUY .I'm try fix my problem 4 months .

They sold me (l) phone from PANAMA, MY phone is broken they didn't change or refund me, I call the cops, they didn't help me also,now after 3 months try fix my galaxy 22 Samsung told me they can't sale phone from another country. We have to sue Samsung, and the store.

Samsung showed a disgusting approach to the client. I bought my s22ultra unlock for cash in January, after three weeks my camera began to shoot at night just disgusting, after about another two weeks I got tired of it and I went to Samsung so that they would solve the problem - in the end I was told that they needed to disassemble my phone. it turns out I paid $ 1500 for the phone so that it would be dismantled for me in a month. I didn’t buy a phone with moisture protection in order to be afraid to get into the rain with it after disassembly ... but Samsung solves problems in this way ... I will never buy a Samsung again. In fairness, I must clarify that I didn’t buy in this store, but in brandmart, but I’m leaving a review here, because this is an official dealer, I understand that brandmart is not to blame. and I solved all the issues with the Samsung hotline via SMS.

The customer service in the store is terrible. They sell bad products and then they don't honor the warranty either.My husband bought a brand new Samsung Galaxy Ultra 21 5G a year ago from this store and we started noticing his cellphone will never get on the 5G network.When we finally went to complain to them about the product bought in their store they told us we had to go directly to Samsung. Samsung told us that because this store is considered international, the product is not covered with their warranty and we had to buy another cellphone.Needless to say, this was unsatisfactory for us so we returned to the store. They accepted the cellphone and said it was going to be checked and repair.A month and a half went by and there was no status from them, no follow up, nothing. They don't pick up the phone, they don't answer emails so we were left with the only resource of going phisically to ask about the status. We went every weekend for three weeks but we never got anything more than it is being checked. We had enough of it this past sunday and demanded to talk to the manager. We couldn't get to the manager, but they gave us the numbers of the possible repair shops the cellphone is at because they weren't even sure where the cellphone was!!Today when my husband went after work to pick up the cellphone from their repair shop, he was told that the cellphone CAN NOT be repaired and has been ready to be picked up since THREE WEEKS AGO!! No one had followed up with them, no one had contacted them, no one had picked the cellphone up.How disrespectul and shameful to have a store open with such poor customer service and no regard from the customers.Now we have the same cellphone that doesn't work, and they are not providing any solutions.We thought that buying from a "Samsung" store we will be doing the right thing but obviously we were very mistaken.In summary, don't buy anything from this store. Go directly to your cellphone provider or a serious retailer (Amazon, Walmart). This store is a joke.

Samsung sells high capacity washer machines. That does not do high capacity. Not just this particular unit, all of them. The reviews show that this has been happening for 16 years with no fix. People are having to stick towels and pool noodles on the side of the units, to keep the units from knocking off balance. When I had a specialist come out to see if there was something wrong with the unit. He said “you can only fill the unit less then half way or it will knock off balance” SO, you pay 200 extra, for high capacity. Knowing the unit will NOT do high capacity. AND has been sold this way for years with no fix
