The ladies here were so welcoming and helpful!! They were on it when it came to figuring out my moms size, and style. 10/10 service!! They also had different sections for different budgets ranging from below $500 to $500 and up

I came here looking for my prom dress and spent over three hours searching until I finally found the perfect one, which cost me almost $400. I paid an additional $110 for alterations — the dress was cut, adjusted, and extra fabric was added to the chest area.
Three weeks later, when I returned to pick it up, I was shocked to see the back of the dress had been ripped, the chest fabric was barely sewn on and falling off, and the front was starting to tear. Melissa claimed the dress came like that from the manufacturer and even sewed on a random flower to cover the damage — all while insisting they didn’t cause it.
Another employee, who was much more polite, told me that the women who do the alterations there never do a good job. Despite everything, I was refused a refund. With prom only two days away, I had to scramble to find a completely new dress.
Even with the second dress, the experience didn’t improve. All it needed was to be cut, but they claimed it was a “more complicated” job and charged $80 to cut it and $20 to “fix” the straps — which were never actually fixed. In the end, I only received $20 in store credit and had no choice but to walk out with a different dress.
They’re only friendly when selling you the dress — but once it comes to alterations or taking responsibility, they completely drop the ball. I would not recommend coming here, especially for such an important event like prom. Total disappointment, especially for the amount of money spent here.

Love this place! I came in looking for quince dresses and they had a wide selection in many colors and sizes. The ladies were super helpful and patient as they helped me find my dress. Will be coming again!

Found a dress I loved here! But super overpriced especially for the quality - the dress was $299. I was hesitant but loved the way it looked so I bought it. I searched Amazon that night and found the exact same dress on 4 different stores for $89. Take a pic in the dress and upload on google or Amazon before buying. Wish I did this before buying the dress

Best place to get the mother of the bride dress! They have so many dresses to choose from. Truly the best! So helpful and kind! I can NOT recommend this place more! They also do really good alterations.
