My only complaint was with the customer service with one of the smaller shops in the hallway. I was looking for Gucci and asked one of these small shop owners ( Elegance Purfume by the Calvin Klein ) to help point me to where it was and was met with the rudest attitude! She acted like she didn’t know what I was asking and instead of just saying that, she talked down to me and told me where to go in the most belittling way and motioned for me to shoo away! Not sure what that was about but it really put me off. Other than that, a nice mall. Clean, organized, and relatively great prices compared to other parts of the East coast. I visited on Halloween so there were a lot of people, kids, and activities.

For many years I have liked to visit this shopping center on my visits to Miami, wide variety of stores, MANY offers to take advantage of, well-stocked stores and a very wide range of shopping options and an additional offer of varied restaurants in its OASIS section. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It is what it is. A multiverse. A rabbit hole for anyone to get lost. Some have the time of their lives, some others not quite. As time is elapsed in there. The facilities are nice. Good AC. Good outlets overall. Nice variety of food across the different areas.
