The staff is wonderful, very kind, friendly, professional, and attentive, showing great sympathy, care, compassion, and kindness. They talk to people like human beings, not just a pay day. The office is clean and appointments are easy to obtain, with patients seen right on time.
The doctors are really good, explain everything in great detail, and make things easy to understand. They are transparent about costs and do not try to sell unnecessary tests. They provide top-notch care and are there for pets in any case, taking care of them as if they were their own. This compassion extends during tough times, including financial hardship and the pain of losing a pet. For many, it is the best veterinary experience in the area, a place where the comfort and care displayed will never be forgotten.

The Dr. We had was so professional and caring for my mini panther. She was so patient to answer all my questions. She gave us a treatment plan I could follow. She shared in the heartbreak of his condition and gave me all possible resolutions. I highly recommend Dr. Katherine Tabares!

Always a great experience at Scarbrough. Super nice staff who treated our Bodie with tremendous care. Yvonne was great and the doctor never made us feel rushed. Highly recommended!
