MEDIOCRE, INCOMPETENT and LACKADAISICAL at its finest. This store needs a revamp from its managers, to the tech team, and the employees (Adrian and Vanessa). Firstly, the websites had time slots that didn’t match their opening hours or the makeup artist’s availability. Therefore, booking with them is a gamble filled with bland responses and another excuse waiting to happen. I had to move my plans around for their convenience and they were still NOT able to fulfill the appointment. In addition, they called me a few hours before my event/appointment to let me know the girl won’t be there and that their other locations are fully booked. Therefore “they are sorry and all the best”. This place is a patty shop with kids in training. It lacks structure, efficiency and aptitude to function effectively to warrant trust. If you do book with them, have a backup artist on speed dial and keep that phone charged for the chaos. The constant inconvenience and poor resolution definitely made this experience way more tedious than it should have been.

Me and a few friends came here just trying too look around and the employees kept on following us around as if we were trying to steal. They also kept on asking us for baskets. The tester were also always out and dirty.

Came in with a friend. Straight off the bat the aura of the store was heavy and crowded. The workers were not helpful at all and borderline rude. Would definitely say I'd never return

I've been shopping at this sephora for a long time and most of the time I've done it with my mom. Today, I was at the store with my friend and she had a small lipgloss in her hand, while she was waiting for me to decide whether I wanted a small blush stick or a liquid tint from the mini section (infront of the cashier) because I only had $15 dollars to spend from a gift card. I put the items on shelf while I decided and this older lady came over and asked us if she could help us with something in a very rude tone. I proceded to tell her no and that I was just trying to decide which one to choose and she stayed there while we talked. I asked her if there was a problem and she said no, but then called someone on her earpiece saying to check the cameras near where we were. The lady proceded to tell another shopper that we were being suspicios for talking in a low tone and then a male worker approached my friend and gave her a bag to put stuff in, to test if we were buying, but it was really not necessary for 2 small items smaller than our hands. I was headed towards the cashier but we realized the line was too long for us not to be able to catch our movie. We then put our stuff back and I gave the bag back to another worker saying I didn't need it anymore. The male worker that had given the bag to my friend followed us close to where we were dropping off the bag and in Spanish he said that we had already stolen what we had to. We proceded to call our parents and file a complaint, this probably wouldnt have happened if we were with our parents.

Would give it 0 if I could.the cashier at the front was a horrible individual with a bad attitude. And that's putting it nicely. I simply asked if she could put two samples in the bag for me as my bill was over $200 and I am a beauty insider ive been a loyal customer for over 4 years and have never once gotten this type of service. She said no who told you that and looked at me like I'm stupid and I told her that every time I come to sephora they give me two samples and she proceeded to tell me with the worst attitude ever that its only for online purchases and ripped my bag rummaging through it.. I would never spend my money here again. Do better when you're hiring employees because the ones that are there right now are not helpful and arrogant

If you’re a black woman. Don’t go here, never left a beauty store upset until today. Colour match skills 0/10 , customer service 0/10. Overall bad experience. Had me walking around with the wrong colour foundation on my hand and didn’t even offer me anything to wipe it off, left products infront of me that she should of been showing and then walked off , as a woman who regularly travels to the states this is the worst Sephora I’ve experienced in the world. . And then blamed my skin for her not being able to match. CrazyI came last year and the service was exceptional, not only was it awful . The discrimination I encountered is something I’ve never experienced before. I wish I kept her name I just know on the purple feedback thing that I left in the store because I left so upset had someone else’s name scribbled out. No wonder the store was empty. Need to get new staff , only one was friendly but the rest were gathered on the shop floor like a swarm of flies. Gossiping.Absolutely awful. Will never be back

On 07/01/23, the time was 20:49:00 8:45pm. I was ending a perfect day of make up shopping at the Sephora I recommended to my mother. My mother was there to travel to India for the next three months and I assured her we could get all of her makeup needs at the Sephora at Sawgrass 12 801. Upon ending this great make up shopping support system for cards shut down. A dark-haired Hispanic woman with long straight hair almost shoulder length let us know that we could only use cash, we said we would go and look for an ATM and come right back and she rudely says "well we're closing soon". After unsuccessfully looking for the ATM we decide to return to the Sephora to get what we can with the cash that we had on us instead of using a card. Once we return, we noticed a man has been successful with his card and we proceeded to try and do the same thing. We asked the woman if we could try using the card as well she instantly says "no" with no explanation. Tapping her foot as if she is highly irritated. My mother says we can at least give it a try, she responds "it won't work because he has a foreign card but OK"with a horrible attitude. My mother swipes her card and the system does not work. The cashier says "OK that didn't work so how much cash do you have?". My mother says " can we try ringing this up on the same machine that the guy used?". The woman with a horrible attitude says "no we can't". At this point, a blonde woman by the name of Maggie comes down and says "well we could at least try it" and thankfully for her we proceed. Before moving to the next register my mother asks "how did he do it, did he swipe it or insert maybe I can try it that way". The rude employee says "no because it was a foreign card", my mother says well at least let me try. We try the card, Maggie inputs a number from the manual she is holding, and voila the purchase is successful. Maggie was such a problem solver in the situation, and we so appreciate her for being present. Unfortunately, I will never recommend this store or any other stores to any of my friends family or colleagues. I was horribly disgusted by the lack of empathy, and to not care at all to go the extra mile for the customer. I myself will take a no without the employee even trying to see if this would've been a successful situation, however, it takes people like my mother and Maggie to have persistence, to remain calm in trying situations, and to be SOLUTION BASED when working in areas of customer service. Technology is not perfect and neither are people but attitude changes the entire experience of visiting a location that you highly recommended to a family member who is traveling for the next three months.It's important to know we did not mind the no, it's not what you say it's how you say it and it's the way you treat people that leaves a lasting impression.

Although I understand theft has gotten bad in recent years, my visit here recently was straight up unpleasant. It feels like the employees automatically think you’re going to steal if you even just pick up a package. This young woman (in her 20s I would guess) with long brown hair kept hovering over we like a HAWK the entire time I was there and when I picked up a box she very rudely said something about not opening the packages (which I hadn’t even opened yet) and passive aggressively asked if there was anything she could help me with today (when she already asked me once and I already said that I didn’t need help). The testers were also filthy!!! Overall, the demeanor of the employees made the whole experience feel miserable and there’s definitely a way to talk to customers. Please do better

Horrible experience at this location. From the moment I walked into the store I felt negative vibes with the employees, they looked at me in a way that isn’t welcoming and made me feel uncomfortable. As i’m browsing around I was constantly being stared down and watched. When I would ask for help the employees were just full of attitude. I understand why they’re keeping tabs on people because of the frequent theft that is going on now, but you cannot just mistreat and assume one of the customers is going to steal. No one should have to be completely stared down like a prey in a store. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never be returning to this location again. Horrible snobby staff members.
