This Shells station needs customer service with their employees. Just left today and the guy there working has no customer service who he claims he’s also a Manager. He was not at all helpful during my rewards process as I was asking him how do I choose to select the points. He had attitude, folding his arms telling me I should’ve looked. He was talking loudly and as I’m telling him why is he so rude and talking the way he is he said I have a attitude, like really, I’m asking for help. I just decided to walk away and told him he needs customer service. As I’m walking out the door he’s taking rudely on the intercom while other customers are outside and inside the store. This guy should NOT be working behind the counter.

Always have to go in for receipt. They tell you bathroom is temporarily closed or broken. Yeah right.

I'm pretty sure the morning guy scams you ! I know for sure menthol cigarettes are more than regulars ... And he scans menthols and gives me my regulars.. Don't trust them !

This place should not be a SHELL. Or any other branded gas station.Expired drinks inside in broken coolers. A lobby that is generally old and unclean. A cashier too busy talking on the telephone to acknowledge the customers, seals broken on the pumps. Out of service pumps. And today, my card became stuck inside the scanner. I had to use pliers to extract it.I have tried to support this local station for years. But, I'm done.

This station never has the option available for the Fuel Rewards card that every other Shell location offers. For months now, they've been "working on it." It's become obvious they have no intention of doing that. I guess the owner is comfortable squeezing that extra cash out of their customers instead. Avoid this station whenever possible. Send a message that service should come first.

Went to the Shell located at 2595 N University Dr, Sunrise, FL 33322 yesterday. The first pump area I went to pull into had broken glass so I went to the next pump over it was completely shut off so I tried one more this time the screen said initializing and wouldn't work. I finally left out of frustration without purchasing any gas. Also they have a 2 ft sink hole in their parking lot. Maintenance and up keep at this location is just plain horrible. Plenty of other gas stations in the are to give my business to. I usually don't do negative reviews but this station deserved it.

I filled up with regular gas and latter noticed they switched price or regular & charged $3.559 per gallon instead I called the telephone in the receipt and has been disconnected. So be careful

Never use the pumps to pay, go inside. I have had my card skimmed here 3 times. Its right on the start of my drive and I usually put gas here when I'm running late and low but never again at the pump. I'm 99% sure it happens here as I didn't use the card anywhere else in order to test it.
