Terrible customer service. I went to the pump and put in my rewards number, accepted the 20 cents a gallon, and then followed the prompts for my debit card. Once I put it in, it froze. After waiting for 5 minutes, the transaction was cancelled.
I tried again and it didn't work, so I went inside to speak to someone. When I went in, I told them what occurred and that I should have my 20 cents per gallon. They said no. I showed them my Fuel Rewards App that showed my 20 gallons.
The VERY rude lady there said "No, you have 5 cents with us and 15 cents with t-mobile". I explained that yes, 5 + 15 = 20 cents for shell. She said no again and that I only had 5 cents with shell. I tried to explain that t-mobile EVERY TUESDAY gives 15 cents and that t-mobile is not a gas station. I again showed her my 20 cents and she would not accept it, claiming that even though I have been using my t-mobile rewards for over 5 years, she has worked that for 20 and knows more than me.
I left. Went to another shell nearby. Used my full TWENTY CENTS IN REWARDS and filled up.
Miss "I've worked here 20 years", work on your attitude.

They are just scammers, they give you a discounted price for the product and when you go to pay you can't see anywhere what you are paying and after you pay the cashier simply laughs at you and says WHY DIDN'T YOU READ?

When I stopped pumping my gas it still said I was fueling and bringing the price up. I’d avoid this gas station.

I have felt bad at work but I have never seen worse costumer service than at this gas station and without stopping commenting on the expressions on the faces that the workers at that gas station make. Florencia and Drew the worst!!!

Do not use this service. This car wash provides misleading information. I advise against washing your car here. When I asked the person inside the store about their wash guarantee, she mocked me and said that if I paid for an expensive wash, my car would be clean. This is deceptive information, as it is impossible for the car to become completely clean.

Visited today to play the lottery.Personnel had issues with duplicating the same numbers for today's game.Lady was polite and typed in the numbers from scratch.Appreciated as most will just push you off and not help.Thank you

This business needs to go broke so we can get a good gas station w an owner that actually cares. All employees dont give af about anything... like u could be dying in the libby and these pieces of $hit wouldn't call an ambulance for u... i assure you... Why give ur $ to propagate that garbage

Absolute dump! You almost always have to go inside to pay and to get your receipt. There were no labels on the pump I just tried to use. It was also the second pump I tried that did not accept cards outside.

This is my go too gas station! It’s a great location, close to everything. Gas prices are reasonable.

I went inside to get a refund
the clears at the register who couldn't even speak english refused to give me my money back

‼️ BEWARE‼️ This gas station appears to be ripping people off!!! My daughter had to go inside to pay and then the pump didn’t work. She went back in to tell them and they denied any problem. They were extremely rude and confrontational!! She had to call Sunrise police !!! They’ve just lost ALL of our business!! We have several cars and went there often… but NEVER AGAIN!!!!!If I could give 0 stars, it would be more appropriate!
