Been standing at counter for five minutes thus far. No “Welcome to Starbucks. I’ll be right with you” no acknowledgment. Can’t tell which dirty register to stand at and a line is forming . O eye contact even tho a person came making drinks came close. No I’ll be right with you. I can see it’s only two employees but at least say hello or smthg. This is UNLIKE Starbucks. Not even busy. There’s no long drive through line. Perhaps 2 cars and me and one other person waiting in line. Now a third person who looks like the manager finally comes and takes the order after passing by the second time not acknowledging. Corporate do a better job with customer service at this location. No sorry to keep you waiting or nothing. Least busy and ungreeting Starbucks I’ve ever been too and the customer behind me just left instead of placing order. Oleato latte was consistent with other Starbucks. 4:50pm March 5,2023

December 22, 2023 at 9:00 am I was in the drive thru line, the same thing always happens that there are two lines and the customers do not respect each other's arrivals, you usually see a lot of arguments because you do not have signs where they should wait in line, customers fight because they don't even know the order of arrival. You, as Starbucks, should put up signs like in other stores and thus avoid customers who do not respect you and have better organization. I am tired of seeing customers angry and fighting because you do not take the corresponding measures.

My daughters dragged me to Starbucks because of several tiktok drinks they wanted to try. I did not know how to order so I went inside for help. Danny was able to assist me and was so very patient with me and my 3 little girls. After placing the order it was time to pay. My card was not working and I was so embarrassed but Danny came to the rescue. Danny purchased the drinks for us. My daughters were so excited and happy. I will definitely come back and be a paying customer because of this amazing experience and act of kindness towards me a total stranger and her 3 daughters. THANK YOU DANNY, we appreciate you and I will never forget you.

Stopped in to get a coffee drink .. my boyfriend & I ordered the same drink . Both came out tasting different than the other , kindly asked the staff to remake my drink , they did without hesitation! Thank you again , we appreciate you whoever made our drinks !
