Terrible customer service. Other customers were greeted and told about sales as they entered, we were ignored. However, we were followed through the store and asked if we were OK. When I asked about another size in a shoe, the price was over explained to me even though it was on the box. Not sure if racism, classism, or both but either way I'm disgusted and won't be spending my money at this location.

I bought a pair of shoes yesterday and it was tax-free day however I needed to change it for half a size different. Walter the manager and Ilene the cashier had issues and they told me that I needed to pay $3.50 more for the tax that I did not pay yesterday. I was trying to explain to them that I wasn't exchanging to a different shoe. It was the same shoe however they insisted that I could not change the shoe if I did not pay the tax that I didn't have to pay yesterday. I think this is completely ridiculous and they did not know how to use the system because it's an even exchange when you buy something on discount and The price goes up. You still can even exchange it without paying the difference. I think that they were extremely rude. They were condescending and it was not right that they made me pay $3.50. It's not the money. It's the fact. This store is not well managed, and this was not right.

Had a great experience at this Steve Madden shop! I was greeted upon entrance with a warm welcome and was helped through my shopping. A sweet girl by the name of Mariana made great recommendations and assisted me in the process. I ended up buying two beautiful pairs with their buy one get one ½ off. Thank you!

I ordered a pair of boots in store. They were shipped to me in a timely manner, however they came damaged and worn. I contacted the store and they told me that I could not return them because they were already used. I have proof that I could not have worn them with time stamps of delivery and photos, but they "claim" that they don't send out shoes like that. I am very disappointed with how they handled the situation. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

A man was at the door announcing, buy one pair and get the second one with 70% off for today in the entire store, the saleswoman offered the same promotion, and the person at the register said that this promotion was not given.

There was an issue with my delivery time from the location and I could not receive my shoes on time. Walter (store manager) managed to resolve the issue in no time and refund my money to the card and directed me to a store were I could get my shoes. GREAT GUY, AWESOME SERVICE
