I have the membership and have only been able to use the vacuum once in a year. There is always a line. I find it odd that sometimes not many cars are in the carwash yet vacuums are all taken. I'm almost positive people have found out that they can vacuum for free in the neighborhood without a membership. Only reason it's 2 stars is because I can never get to clean my interior. So many reviews complain about the vacuums not being available and you get a copy and paste response to contact and email and yet once you do, no changes are made. Just another dismissed comment. Having a vacuum available is like winning a lottery at this place.

The service is good. It’s a great wash for your car. The employees are very respectful and easy to deal with. Here’s the issue and I’m sure corporate won’t fix it.
The time in between the cars is too short. The arm constantly hits my truck bed. I have several scratches now on my truck. The main issue is the vacuum station. It should be separate from a detailing section. People can be very inconsiderate and spend 30-45 min detailing their vehicle while others wait. I used to have a monthly subscription, but canceled due to long wait. These are very fixable issues, but I don’t think they will ever get fixed.

Love the car wash and it washes fabulous but the entry gate does not recognize my car and fail to activate most of the time. My most dislikes is the vacuum area with all the perks are opened to the public. I pay a monthly plan for two cars but have to wait for someone who does not have a plan to finish using all the perks of drying, fragrance , water wiping, and vacuuming before I can dry and vacuum my car. Very unfair practice. Considering dropping the plan and going elsewhere in the very near future. Others have been saying the same too. It’s not worth it anymore.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, but lately my car comes out full of soap all the time. On top of that, it doesn’t even come out as clean as it should. I recently visited an Orlando location and this did not happen. (It was a great experience at the location) Also, I never had this issue at any Miami location. On another note, towels to dry aren’t refilled frequently at this Sunrise location.

This place is the best. I go here at least once a week. Stop spending so much money each time you wash your car! Subscribe to their monthly membership and make things easy. Plenty of available vacuums, window washers, cleaning cloths etc, right outside the wash bay too. The staff is very cool, and the wash system does a great job. Multiple wash options available.
