Where do I begin? When the Suntrust merger happened they closed the branch close to me. This branch was the better of the two a bit farther away. It’s been a nightmare ever since. Yesterday, I left my debit card in the “ teller connect” atm at the bank. They do not have a live drive through! If so, This would not have happened. I discovered my card missing last night. Called the branch and left a message and called Truist to put a block on the card. Need the card for work today. Started calling the branch at 9am - opening time- constantly. Left a few more messages saying it was urgent and was freaking out. No response and no answer . Drove up there about 10- still calling. Get to the stupid bank and it’s empty . Two tellers just sitting there. I explain how upset I am and they were not apologetic. Luckily was able to get a temp card, but they did not seem concerned about security, fraud charges etc. I asked about the phone and he checked the number I had called which was correct. They don’t care and don’t bother. Just amazing. Can’t believe the machines don’t lock the card after a few minutes if nothing is happening. That’s crazy. Very unhappy with Truist right now.

Very horrible Lisa keep putting me off making appointment and then making excuses of why she can’t see me she would tell me the printer is down so you are telling me the printer is down in the whole branch for two days how do they conduct business I didn’t believe her. I would leave work early to make my appointment then she would call and cancel very unacceptable I like it when they were bb&t staff were more helpful truist staff needs more training

I've been with suntrust for 15 years and I have to say that since they've merged with this truist it's been nothing but unhappy experiences. I went to deposit some money yesterday and they told me my bank account was closed and I just used my debit card the day before the tellers were not nice they gave me nasty looks and then the main agent called me the next day and told me my account is open. I'm not sure what's going on over there but something must change cause it's been a true risk with Truist and I'm currently seeking new opportunities

Awful customer service at the Sunrise branch! But first let me start with the good, Lucy is a true professional and very helpful. Now to the terrible experience. I called a couple of days ago to speak with a representative about getting a home equity line of credit. The man that answered said that all the reps were busy & that he would take a message and that somebody would call me back that same day. Two days later, no call so I make an appointment online to speak with a rep on 3/10 @2:30. I arrive to the branch at 2:30 sharp. I’m told to take a seat and wait to be called. Then this teller Lisa comes over and tells me that the person with whom I had an appt. has another appt. and can’t see me for another 40 mins. I told her that this was not acceptable because not only did I schedule an appt. in advance but I also had to take time off from work to speak with someone (and I added because no one returned my initial call). Lisa’s response was that she couldn’t do anything about it, that their online system doesn’t work properly, that it’s Friday and she had payroll. Now this is just what she said… HOW she said was just nasty! No other word for it. Thankfully Lucy came to speak with me and asked if she could call me when done with the customer with whom she was working. Lucy called me back and is helping with the loan application. However, prior to Lucy’s call Lisa calls me to allegedly help with my application. I declined her offer and told her that I don’t want to deal with her given her terrible customer service skills. She then says, “no one has ever complained about me” to which I responded that I highly doubted that. After hanging up with Lisa I checked online reviews and of course there are complaints about her. One said “ once again i come into this bank and another teller lisa is very rude”. Management should really look into the complaints about Lisa. She’s not fit to work in customer service. Makes a terrible impression for Truist.

Awful service. No drive through at this branch! All I had to do was cash a check with some 5's and 10's in return. Had to go into the branch. No line and it still took 10 minutes plus - just to cash a simple check. It appears that Truist wants to take us much of your time as possible - just to discourage you from needing any personal service at all. Slow service is a problem at every branch I've been to.

customer service is terrible. came in at 2 to do a wire they said they only had one banker that if she’s done in time she will see me. i don’t understand how it’s 2 and she has one customer and is assuming it would take 3 hours. seems more to me they just wanted to not deal with customersonce again i come into this bank and another teller lisa is very rude. i’m not sure if they don’t like working here or what exactly it is but this bank makes the branch look bad

So bad we asked to withdraw amount of money they said Don't have it and when lowering the amount asked to give 50th instead of 100 $bill plus asking to call before coming to prepare the money ?And when given the money no envelope ?to put the money in it plus when asking for nearest branch they gave us one take like half hour although we checked another one close like 5 minutesSo they didn't deserve this gob .

Trying to use the teller connect outside because we have COVID & waiting for a new card. The machine doesn't work. Placed the ID in the required spot and nothing happens. No help or call button, so guess what??? We're walking into the branch to make a withdrawal.

Only 1 teller for all of your banking needs. But if you want to open an account, there are managers ready to assist. :-(
