This T-Mobile location is terrible. I have been to this location multiple times and unfortunately the employees here are not helpful at all I've been here several times for different reasons and all they say is call the tmoble care line, "wE cAn'T hElP yOu". Well what the hell can you do.(shaking my head ) save yourself the trouble & the gas just call the care line .

I went in to this store with an issue with my work phone. I was suddenly unable to send or receive imessages. As a self employed saleswoman, that was very stressful. I had already tried calling 611 for help, I had spoked to Apple tech support, and I was told I needed to purchase a new phone. So I did, and the problem persisted. So I decided to just bring the phone in. Stan helped me and quickly and began trouble shooting. When he realized we'd have to contact Apple, he began making the calls and talking to the techs for me. That was greatly appreciated, as I was already really stressed over the problem. After a few tries and disconnections with Apple, Robert came to help as well. These guys spent half their shift with me, when they knew I wasn't even going to buy anything. And when I say these guys tried everything, they tried EVERYTHING. They had to call Apple a handful of times for me. The Apple representatives were very rude to both of them, while they both responded politely and with patience. In the end, they got to the bottom of the problem. It was something that Apple should've been able to see from the very first call I made, and had nothing to do with the phone or the service. If I could give Robert and Stan 10 stars, I would. They don't know this but they saved my day.

This is the BEST STORE in the area.The young peaple who work there so helpful. I am a 70 years woman ,have a lot of problem with the new technic,but I don't have to worry, just go to this store,and they korrect my problem.THANK YOU 3398 N. UNIVERSITY DR T-MOBIL STORE.

They got busy really quick. The staff was super calm, helpful and knowledgeable or their company and devices. I was transferring my service from one company to T-Mobile. The previous company was giving me a hard time so I went in for assistance. Assistant Manager Rob was super helpful. He walked me through the process of what to ask for from the other carrier and how to transfer my service. He was very polite and knew exactly what he was doing. I can tell he has been doing this for years. Great place for assistance!

Usually, it is not a crowded office. But there are some employees who are slow, impersonal, and look at the clients (who generally aren't "nerds" or with deep knowledge of the technology) as they are wasting his time.Try to do your research at home, and be prepared for some of these issues.

How can I start. I had an account with t mobile for years. I added my brother as an authorized user in my account. In my account I had my mom, dad my brother and me. One day my dad went to get new phones without my authorization the guy in t mobile didn't check that my dad wasn't authorized to do anything he didn't verify the phone number was link to my brother because my brother and my dad have the same name this was in February. I was furious. also this guy took advantage of my dad because first he don't speak English and he was making fun of him when he couldn't speak any English infront of me and second because he is an older person. He made my dad get 2 new lines he didn't need and told him to have them there for any future people that we can give them. also there was a promotion buy one get one free he didn't explain to my dad how this works. to make all short. I call t mobile maybe like 10 times so they can help me solve my issue with no luck im in the process to buy a house. this guy open an account in my dads name so he can transfer all on his name, but my dad didn't have sufficient funds to transfer all the financing. leaving me with a 1200 bill. t mobile customer services the worst everyone telling me something different every time I call and the worst happend they send my account to collections leaving me with no choice than to pay something that I never authorized. Never go this t mobile I will update my review as soon as I get a name on the person who help my father

On April 19th of this year, I went to this location to purchase a new phone for my moms birthday. The rep who helped me, kept trying to get me to change to the new plan for just $30 more monthly. I politely declined and he kept insisting. Again I told him no, that I like to keep my bill as low as possible. I also told him I used to work at T-Mobile. He kind off seemed annoyed by this and ended the conversation in a condescending tone. I only bought, the phone, declined insurance, and accessories. Today I decide to look over my bills and realized that there were 2 unauthorized charges of Hotspot added to both mine and my moms number. When I spoke to customer service over the phone, they advised me that these features were added at this retail store on April 19th. This gentleman and I never spoke about adding anything at the store. I wish I got his name, but I’ll go in one of these days and get it! He needs to be held accountable. It’s not cool.

Unfortunately this review is for a near by store but it seems NO ONE is willing to help me. Now T-Mobile is saying they are going to send to a Collections Agency for money THEY OWE ME FOR AN ACCOUNT I NEVER HAD.T-MOBILE COMPANY. The Store Manager Jermaine and another Latino male associate COMPLETELY FRAUDED AND SCAMMED ME OUT OF MY MONEY. I went into the store in February looking to switch over my phone service from Verizon. They took my information to see if I was eligible for an account. I ended up leaving the store that day without a phone or service bc I wanted to speak to Verizon again. I NEVER went back to the store and NEVER switched over my phone service. All of a sudden in May I get an a alert from my bank that T MOBILE has been automatically deducting $114 from my account for the PAST 3 MONTHS!!! Which of course was completely outrageous because not only did I NOT CONSENT to an account but I’m writing this review on my upgraded VERIZON PHONE!! And of course it doesn’t stop there — T MOBILE CUSTOMER SERVICE — The ABSOLUTE WORST!!! I called and the First Lady I spoke to gave me the refund for the first 2 charges but the 3rd one was still processing so she told me I had to wait until it posted and call back in. She also cancelled this fraudulent account that was created in my name. And after me EXPLICITLY asking and her if canceling this acct would hinder my 3rd refund and her telling me No. Welp. Everything has been a continuing mess from there. I received a $200 past due bill in the mail. Which is hysterical. Every person I spoke to gave me wrong information and kept telling me my money is coming, it’s coming. I have been fighting with T MOBILE - the company that scammed me out of my money for weeks to get back my last $114. Which has still not come!!!! Apparently now the last person I spoke to told me I have to wait 30 more days. Then they actually advised me to back into the store to deal with the scammers who frauded me out of my money. LOL!!! Like this must be a joke right. Anyway. Steer clear of this store. Steer clear of Jermaine and his employees. And steer clear of T-MOBILE. FRAUD. FRAUD. FRAUD. SCAM SCAM SCAM.

Decent atmosphere. Not sure If it was me but I didn't feel comfortable. Their West side entrance was locked. And I wouldn't be posting about it if there wasn't a sign.

Got a charger for $40 expensive after market for my I phone they said was better broke after few days and went back to get a new one and they did not exchange because I did not have the receipt I been a customer for over 10 years very bad service
