As a store it is a very complete Target but the service leaves a lot to be desired in this branch. They don't help you with anything and nobody speaks Spanish. It's a shame how little empathy the staff has with the customer.

The place to get Taylor Swift book. Easy access from the Hillton hotel. Nice food courts. Check out also some other stores at the mall. There us luggage storage next to the mall if you are travelling with big luggages and you dont want to carry those all fay long while shopping

Went for the eye exam and the employee was going on break she arrived on time but after waiting almost 40 minutes she said oh there is no one here today for the eye exam..thanks alot for making me wait for nothing

Waited 20 mins for curbside. Cars came after me and was serviced before me. Spoke with customer service on my experience who advised me she needed the manager. The manager then relayed messages back instead of coming down and deal with me personally until I requested. Manager Nicole was very rude and argumentative and extremely unhelpful. Concierge is definitely not a department she should be in. She needs to be demoted.

Waited about 30 minutes for a curbside pickup order, called to check and see what was going on. Was told they were understaffed, I understand how that goes, I’m in management and it can be hectic, but when inquiring if I’m then going to have to wait an hour for my pickup order that was said it was ready 30mins ago and then get hung up on mid sentence is definitely unprofessional and very rude. Certainly something that needs to be addressed with staff handling your customer service desk and definitely something I will be addressing on a corporate level.

You guys teach some of the people that work there not to abuse their power, I was with my friend, me and him we walking around and we went to the weights we picked it up and started a workout for like 30 seconds just for fun and I look to my right and I see a bald guy saying “im calling security” me and my friend got mad and walked around and he continued to give us dirty looks, he’s Hispanic and has short hair, he is abusing his power as a worker at target I really hope you guys can teach him Better it’s disappointing

Layout of the store is poor. I put items in my cart to get, and 30% of the items were not on the shelf, even though the cart said they were available. Had to ask multiple times where an aisle was, due to poor layout.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Cameron at Target! My wife had placed a last-minute order for pickup, and I was authorized to retrieve it. When I arrived at the Drive Up, Cameron was already there waiting for me. His service was exceptional, and he made me feel special by asking if everything was okay or if I needed anything else. I was genuinely impressed by his attentiveness and professionalism. Kudos to Cameron for going above and beyond – he truly made my day!
